This thing really works well. Full stainless interior, and LOVE the handles. Was always a PITA to get the bowl out if you wanted to cool/move the contents quickly. Lots of features on this, many different cook cycles. Wife loves cheesecake but has yet to try this option...seriously, it has a cheesecake option...lol! Before you know it, they're going to have this thing do fondue's and rotisseries..and maybe pressure wash your car (jk, lol).The delay setting is one of the best features next to variable levels of pressure cooking. I throw in my meat, potato, veggies whatever and some broth/spices, etc. Set it for whatever time to start and I come home from work to a freaking awesome meal that is SOOO easy...so many options to cook whatever you want, however you want once you refine everything.I don't know what I'd do without one of these. Slow cook, fast cook, high temp, low temp, start now or later, keep warm, etc..etc. If you use one of these as much as I do, get this pro model with the handles, it's worth it.

I use this machine for everything. It makes the quickest most tender bbq pulled chicken. The fastest hard boiled eggs. The most thick collagen filled bone broth with amazing flavor! Each button is easy to understand, this product so so user friendly. Soon I'll be attempting to make my own yogurt in it. I originally was going to save up and get an All American Pressure Cooker but $400 is a little too much to splurge on a pressure cooker. This product is a great start for dipping your feet in homesteading/canning. If you follow all the instructions it's the safest machine... this coming from the most accident prone human. Above all else, this cooker is built to last and the highest quality! I have used this for years and it works beautifully!

This is the 3rd instant pot that I've bought here, but I think although longer term it doesn't seem to last more than a few years, the quality of the item has been improved and new features are very much appreciated.Like the handles are well done, and the other improvements such as cover for steam vent to disperse the steam when cooking is done and cooking speed from when the start button is pressed to the actual cooking start seems to be faster. The new lid on the pot has a little area where something can be kept warm, (I'm guessing) I haven't checked out the function of this feature yet, but I will. Safety upgrades are good too!

This is the best instant pot model there is! I’ve had three and I cannot believe how much more I like this one. Great for yogurt and everything else. I use all my instant pots many times a week but this is my newest and my favorite! The control you have on everything is great and the insert with its handles are very practical. I love practicality!

We’ve had the 6 qt, 8 qt, & 10 qt IP. Needed to replace our 8 & 10 & decided to try this one. LOVE! Pressures up EVERY time (unlike the other ones). Excited for the sous vide & yogurt functions as well.

I've had this unit for nearly 3 years and I've been very happy with it. I like that the insert is stainless steel and not non-stick. It makes is easy to make a lot of dishes. I use it a lot of hard boil eggs, cook rice and beans as well as whole meals. One thing I am disappointed in is the customer service. The lid slipped off the counter and the plastic cover on the lid cracked. I can still use the unit because the metal part of the lid was not damaged. I inquired about getting a new lid but was told it is not available to be sold separately. They also told me I was no longer under warranty and what happed was not covered by warranty. I guess we are going to have to try glueing the crack.

I absolutely would recommend this Instantpot. I never liked my older model because of the lack of "information" while using it. This shows the heating, cooking, nd keep warm cycle.It also automatically shuts the release button. It is just easier to use from the electronic display to the handles on the cooking pot.I would highly recommend this pot to anyone interested in an Instantpot. Hard boiled eggs are soooo easy to peel too;-)
