This is a wonderful tool for Autistic and ADD children! It is easy to grasp in small hands, and allows self sufficiency for timed events. My 6 year old has level 2 autism and is given time limitations on events throughout the day. He loves the colors and upon completing any specific time frame, will bring it back to his Mom to be reset for the next event. He is sensitive to certain sounds, but the tone when time is up is a low tone and he does not get upset. The unit is rechargeable and very sturdy. We have only tested at 30 minute intervals, but it can go up to 99 minutes per the instructions. Great tool at home and in the classroom.

As someone with ADHD, time blindness and hyperfocusing on tasks are two things that can be disruptive to my day. Finding things to help with them has been a challenge, so someone suggested a visual timer. The face is easy to see and very clear, but not bright enough to be a distraction. I've been able to set it on my desk to allow myself a certain amount of time to focus on a task without interrupting my focus or stressing about the time I have left by checking my watch or phone. It is easy to use and the fact that it is rechargeable makes it easy to never run out of batteries. I've also used this to help me stay on track with chores around the house and to make sure I leave on time.

I use this timer in my Pre-K classroom as a visual timer to keep students on task and allow them to see how much time is left until the next activity. They absolutely love the bright colors and little smiley face on the timer. The alarm is loud enough for the whole class to hear but not obnoxiously loud. I really like that the charge lasts about 2 weeks on it. I don't have to worry about charging it often. The clock also turns on immediately when plugged it. A+!

With how busy kids are, this is a good item to help with lots of things. We use it for timing tablet use, brushing teeth, time out and homework. It’s cute and moveable from room to room so it is exactly what we needed to help keep things moving and not just playing or over tablet use. We find it cute and helpful!

Amazing timer!!! Love the visual, and the colors on the clock are so bright! The best part to me is that I can plug it in and charge and take it on the go!!

I wanted this for my kid because he loves timers. And I wanted to love it - just look at the soft rounded corners and inviting chunky knob and smiley face! It looks like a toddler toy. My son got very excited the second he saw it. But despite the very appealing looks, it's poorly designed and the user experience is counterintuitive.There's an on/off switch, which I guess is to save battery power. But turning the unit off resets the clock and alarm. Want to set the clock every time it runs out of power? I don't.There are three buttons on the back, one for each function, but that should have been simplified down to one. I think this is the key thing that makes operating this product slower and more mentally taxing than it really should be for me.The other day, the alarm/timer beep stopped working after a modest fall onto the kitchen floor. Oh well.

Easy to read screen with bright colors. Has worked very well with the kids for many different activities. Being able to start the timer with the big button on top is one of their favorite things.
