Works well and stylish. Had to adjust height but this was easy to accomplish

These were great and we’re working and looking beautiful when a small tornado touchdown on my mobile home, only, in our small 55+ community, ripping my 12 x 60 awning off of my deck. Along with it went my beautiful, drain spout. I found pieces of it all over the neighborhood. 😔

This rain chain works well, even with the type of downpours in Louisiana, so the cup size can handle any weather. They look (and sound) attractive. I love sitting outside when it rains to watch the water come down. The installation was easy and quick. They have been up for two seasons, and we don't see any signs of wear.

Cups appear to be powder coated but connectors are not. Paint on two connectors upon opening package are already coming off before use. Once outside they will lose paint looking awful. I think the connectors are aluminum so I might just strip them so the chain will be black and silver.

In heavy downpours rain chain cannot support large amounts of water. Spills out sideways

These cups solved my problem with splashing as the water 💦 ran down the chain. Not only do they look great 😊 but they work well.

Easy to setup, a little time consuming, looks and works nice

This product looks good, but the function of it is horrible. It’s advertised as a high volume rain chain. It can’t even handle a medium volume. You’re better off having nothing at all. They cause water to splash all over the place. More water was splashing out then going down the center. I built my own rain chains with actual chain in the front of my house and they worked 10 times better than these.
