It is very spacious and can hold all of your diabetic supplies. I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and I was having a hard time trying to find something that I could travel with and be comfortable.

This is such a wonderful case and it holds all my Diabetic supplies. It comes with 4 ice packs which is just perfect. The Insulin sleeve comes out for easy transport while traveling. The color is just beautiful too and the price is very reasonable!

I am using this to take a 4 month supply of injectable meds on a trip. I left off one star as I have not yet found out how many hours it will chill my meds, so I will report back. It is very well made with a detachable insert and lots of room when the insert is removed. It has a number of pockets and elastic holders and is not too heavy.

Works perfectly to 12 hours not opening the container

This medical bag for carrying diabetic supplies is larger in size and can easily handle a multi-day supply storage. I bought it to accommodate the long 15-hour flight from Houston, TX to Sydney, Australia. It easily had room enough for all my diabetic supplies. Unfortunately, even with four ice packs tucked inside coupled with the bag's insulation, it didn't keep my insulin as cold as I would have liked. Upon arriving in Sydney, the ice packs were melted and the inside temperature of the bag had risen.While I would highly recommend this insulated bag because of its size and multi-compartment storage and its handy removable inter section (removable for when not needed for stashing of medical supplies), I would manage expectations for ultra-long travel.

I purchased this to transport neurotoxin to and from Botox parties. I was a little concerned it would be like any other cooler type bags and not actually hold the temperature needed for the medication but the temperature was efficiently maintained with the use of all 4 ice packs preventing me from product loss. There are a ton of pocket tabs too so you can carry multiple different medication vials or syringes. Definitely does what it’s supposed to making it worth the purchase.
