I really liked it. design with complete finish for safety. cool touch handle and easy usage which i liked most. It took just few minutes to make my sandwiches crispy and tasty. it is easy to clean. Light weight very handy & easy to use.

Product is good, but there is no cooking instructions/recipes booklet. Eg: should one use raw rice or cooked rice for "Nutritional Congee" option..

The media could not be loaded. Just after one month it has started making big wierd noise. Earlier it worked fine. No one is responding from customer care of global bees and better home. It's been 15 days no one is replying. Also amazon is not helping. No contact nothing. U cannot reachout anyone even for repair.waste of money.
