Time To Sleep At Night Every Night.
Anything to help my wife sleep is a bonus.We have to turn the volume up on this tape,but it certainly helps her sleep.Other tapes she has used just keep me awake.I will certainly use this seller again, if they let me.

Good nights sleep
The cd has helped me sleep through the night, with the added bonus of making me more energised during the day. The voice is quite soothing. The only criticism I have, is the introduction is too long. I have to go to track 2 and fast forward (1 minute 45 seconds!) before the setting is right for me to settle down.

Not bad so far
It does help me to sleep but the volume has to be turned up really loud to hear what's being said. Not that that matters much as I've usually been asleep before the end.
