Nice screen. Bright and crisp. Being new to external monitors, I assumed i could use it to touch focus, returned it. Touch focus was a deal-breaker for me, but for those who do not require this, and want a nice bright external monitor with plenty of features, I would recommend.

Such a brilliant product. Love the size, the options for luts, the swipe gesture and weight. Would deff recommend.

It would take a disertation to do justice to the features that this field monitors packs, but suffice to say pretty much anything you want is in here. A small selection of key features that you woudl expect are audio level meters, waveforms, vectorscope, multiple mounting points, high brightness, touchscreen menus, button access to menus and presets... and of course being a bit of Neewer kit, the image quality is excellent (up to 1080 FullHD on screen resolution, though it will accept a 4K input.)Add to this the LUT function to get a preview of what your graded footage might look like...And dual batteries that can actually be swapped one at a time without the monitor powering off (a problem with some other field monitors I have used), with one NP-F750 battery supplied.The build quality is a bit plasticky, but I guess this is to keep the weight down. It's not too heavy, but it's already heavy enough to mount on a handheld system so you probably don't want the extra weight of a metal body.It comes with a bunch of different sized HDMI cables, but no USB-C to HDMI cable which I was suprised about - surely USB-C is more common than Mini-HDMI these days?It also comes with one of Neewer's handy little mounts that may well get used wven when the monitor is not in use.The only other thing that let's this down is the fact that it is not waterproof. That would have made this perfect, and you do wonder just how hard that would have been to achieve. It feels a little unfair to knock a star of for this, but as I say waterproof, or at least rain/water resistant, would have made this perfect and 5 stars woudl need to be perfect.

The 2000nit brightness of this onitor is incredible as I can clearly see the screen whether I'm shooting indoors or outdoors even in bright sunlight. The HD 1920x1080 IPS touch screen is sharp and responsive, making it easy to navigate through settings, and the colours look fantastic. The 3D LUT feature is perfect. I can apply different colour profiles and get a more accurate view of how my footage will look once graded, which makes monitoring while filming a lot more precise. Also, with the HDR waveform, I can check exposure levels and ensure my footage looks as balanced as possible. It's a great tool for both beginners and professionals to get the technical details just right. The HDMI loop in/out is also super convenient. I can easily connect it to my camera and also output the signal to another monitor or recording device, making it very flexible for different setups. The cold shoe mount is sturdy, so I can mount it easily onto my camera or any rig without worrying about it falling off midshoot. The battery lasts a solid amount of time, which is great for extended filming sessions. The fact that it comes with a battery and cable means I’m ready to go straight out of the box, so I don’t have to buy anything extra to get started. I think the Neewer F700 monitor is a fantastic tool for DSLR filmmakers, offering a crisp display, colour accuracy, and useful features like 3D LUT, HDR waveform, and HDMI loop in/out

A superb piece of kit, as expected from Neewer. High quality 1080P display. Can be used for live view on both still and video cameras, ideal if you want to use a DSLR or mirrorless digital SLR for videography on the move or in the studio. Comes with a powerful 5400mAh battery and an IPS touch screen. It's a chunky, robust unit, with 1/4" tripod mount on the bottom and side, the DSLR monitor offers various mounting options (including NATO clamp) and includes a cold shoe mount for 180° adjustment. Built in cooling heat sink fans dissipate heat well. Very good value in return for the quality. Highly recommended.

There was a time when field monitors cost the earth and delivered very little, and that time wasn't so long ago, just a couple of years ago this would have been considered the very pinnacle of what was available yet today it easily falls into the prosumer bracket at a very affordable price.No sunshade is provided, but after testing outside in noon sun the screen was perfectly visible which I put down to the 200 nits brightness.Colour accuracy is spot on, I thought my others were monitirs were good but this is betterThe menu system is simple enough to use, detailed enough for a seasoned user whilst being easy to navigate for a first timer with all functions just a touch away, and the touchscreen is responsive.I haven't loaded LUT's yet so will report back once I do that, and despite this am impressed at how many it can support, far more than I ever use.How I Rate- ***** Don’t think, just buy it!- **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this.- *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives- ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits.- * Run for the door!Whilst I do sometimes include photos and videos in my reviews, due to time constraints this will only be when I feel that doing so would serve a purpose in demonstrating how an aspect of the product works or fails.I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations.
