This model works well and silently, including a night mode. I bought two for my home.

I was hesitant purchasing this dehumidifier (my old one died after a couple of year's usage), but I'm happy with the product:Pros:- Indeed very quiet (bear in mind that compact household dehumidifiers tend to be rather noisy machines, but this one is the quietest I've ever owned (total 3 different brands/units over many years).- The WiFi connectivity is actually very useful and very easy to use. You can power on/off remoter via your phone and set up timers and various conditions. Fantastic! Really useful. Now my dehumidifier is set to switch off automatically at night, and power on in the morning.- Surprisingly compact/small unit.Cons:- This particular dehumidifier may be less powerful that my previous unit (my impression, but could be wrong) It does draw humidity, but maybe at a lower rate than others in the same size category, even if still advertised at 20L/day.- Bucket is a bit small, and no handle. Not a big issue, but one would have been appreciated.- Overall, construction built feels a bit plasticky/toyish.- Electrical power cable is rather short. I had to buy a separate 1m lead so it could reach the nearest electrical socket. Also a small issue, resolved easily, but a longer electrical cable (in white color/not grey as given) would have been appreciated.

The machine is leaking and is giving the signal of being full when is half full.. is this under guarantee? Can you fix it or exchange it?

Relatively quiet dehumidifier.It does work its job but humidity never goes down below 50 and I don’t know why.I’ve had it on for 3days without turnning off. It says it can collect 20L per day however when I emptied the water tank it’s around 15L in total for 3 days. (Humidity was 72% and it took one day reach to 60%. Since then never goes down 50%. My target is 40%)It is good product with app controlling system and quiet operation (compared to other dehumidifier) however it is not strong enough to dehumidify to reach my target.Cable is too short. I can use extension but when they design this machine with wheels manufaturer could consider it with longer cable.

Received the product and it worked well the first day, then the next day it stopped. I thought first it’s from the electrical switch but it wasn’t. I decided to unplug it for a while and tried again few hours later but still it wasn’t working. I had to return the product unfortunately
