Great earbuds for Meta Quest 3
Having used the PrismXRs for a couple of weeks now, I can highly recommend them for VR usage. They are the ideal companion for the MQ3. Connection with the USB dongle has been instant and stable with every use. The pass through power socket is so convenient for plugging in a battery head strap. Very comfortable in the ears. Sound quality is as good as you'll find on buds in this price range. Bass is as meaty as you'd expect from a pair of buds. Magnetic charge case design is excellent. Can't comment on PC/laptop usage as I bought these solely for VR, for which they work great.UPDATE & PROTIP 05/03/25: For a couple of days the Quest 3 was not recognising the dongle, the blue light wasn't illuminated, hence no sound. After some research I found the solution, which is to power off the Quest 3 and continue holding the power button down for 30 seconds. This will force the Quest 3 into a complete shutdown and power recycle/reboot and should clear any residual software glitches. After this the earbuds are working fine again.

everything works well, but one issue with quest headsets and usb passthrough
good sound quality, comfy for me and comes with different sizes.Just one thing to be aware of, if u use a quest and have a battery strap or power bank, because of the quest headsets safety feature, it recognises the headphones in the usb c port as third party and slows charging time with the usb passthrough feature. Its not that big of a deal, with my quest 3 it would go down 1% around every 15 minutes, when previously my powerbank used to charge faster than the quest died. thats the only real problem i had, and it doesnt really affect me much because i dont spend over 4 hours in vr at a time

Good earphones but not perfect
I bought these earphone as, I imagine, a lot of other people have because I wanted low-latency sound with my Quest 3 - it turns out that the Quest 3 speakers are quite loud even for people not wearing the headset, according to my wife - and there is a definite lag when using wireless earbuds with Bluetooth. The lag is a shame because I have a pair of really high quality Bose earbuds with noise cancelling and I would prefer to use those but for any game with gun-play (most of mine), it's annoying hearing the shot half a second after the shooting animation has finished. These earbuds do not have noise cancelling but they get around this by being wedged into the ear with rubber bungs, this works fairly well but it is slightly less comfortable. There are 3 bung sizes to choose from included in the pack. The sound quality is good as long as the earbuds are properly wedged in your lughole. I was playing IL-2: Sturmovik and finding myself very disappointed in the lacklustre sound of the Spitfire's Merlin engine, which is odd for a Merlin because they are generally known for their distinctive meaty roar. I found that shoving the earbud firmly into my ear solved the problem but needed frequent re-shoving to keep the sound quality up. I experimented with the smaller bung which didn't work at all and then with the large bung which worked pretty well. I'm usually Mr Middle Bung so that's slightly unusual. Some remedial shoving is still required on longer play sessions but, by and large it's pretty good.I like the fact that the earbuds come with a pass-through dongle so that I can still use my external battery. I am a bit puzzled by the fact that the dongle isn't compatible with the link cable but, to be fair, the link cable is actually pretty useless compared to using Wi-Fi with Virtual Desktop so no great loss there. My only complaint with the dongle is to do with its shape - it's a stretched Z design so that the male connector into the headset is offset with the female connector on the back. The design, overall, makes perfect sense because it stops the dongle sticking out where it is likely to be knocked, as it would be if the male and female socket were placed in line. My only concern is that, when it is plugged into the headset, there is a 2mm gap between the dongle "arm" and the body of the headset with no support. I can't help feeling that plugging and unplugging a power cable into the dongle while it's in situ is going to cause stress on the USB C socket on the headset and, eventually cause a failure. A small rubber sleeve or a bump on the side of the dongle that faces the headset would remedy this problem and it seems like an odd oversight. The earbuds come with a charging case so, as long as you keep the case charged up and keep the buds in the case when they are not in use, they will always be fresh and ready to use, there is also a slot in the case for the dongle so you can carry the whole caboodle around with you without the dongle disappearing off on adventures of its own in the depths of your pocket, handbag, suitcase etc. I'm not sure that I'm going to use it for that very much but each to their own. I do have a criticism of the case in that everything about it is really fiddly - the case is made of very smooth, slippery black plastic and opens in a clam-shell design. The opening point is only marked by a small indent in the front of the case suitable for inserting a fingernail but almost invisible in all but the brightest light. Even when you can see it gap, opening the case is like trying to pick the label off a bar of wet soap (Imperial Leather I'm looking at you) and then, when the case is open, trying to extract the earbuds themselves requires a certain level of dexterity. I haven't managed to ping them across the living room yet but it's only a matter of time before they go on a ballistic journey to under the dresser.Overall, I quite like these earbuds, hence the four stars, and from my research they do seem to be the best solution to the inexplicable sound design choices of the Quest 3 but they are not perfect. They do what I want then to which is to provide a low-lag sound solution that doesn't upset the wife but they are FAF and I'm not super-keen on the ear-bung earbud design, it feels intrusive but that is probably a personal gripe. For the price, they are pretty much on point.

Great earbuds for quest 3
Great earbuds work really well with quest 3, connecting easily via Bluetooth and dongle plugged into quest 3 with no apparent latency. Sound is really good and full bodied with a good choice of options via app equaliser . Loving them so far

Decent set of earbuds
Bought these to overcome the annoying lag the bluetooth has on the Meta Quest 3. The dongle does this with ease. Sound quality and bass is really good. Bonus points too for being able to use one bud in either ear (turn the bud upside down and it fits in the other ear). My only gripe is when the dongle is plugged into the Quest 3, and the earphones are put away in the case, it still takes over the audio and have to constantly unplug the dongle. I would of preferred it if when the buds are not in use, it then uses the Quests speakers instead. Could of also done with some kind of battery level indicator on the case and an LED light on the buds to indicate they are charging. For the price I would of expected something that would.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected but maybe it's me??? I wanted these for two things, work calls and because I watched a VR review. No issues when using them in either way but the problem I find is that if I get a notification such as a meeting reminder or a message notification, then the sound drops for two or three seconds. Like, someone could be chatting to me, a notification pops up, I hear the notification sound but the sound from the person chatting to me cuts out. And no, I am not planning to turn off my notifications. I will leave the review at 3 because maybe I am doing something wrong and I just didn't spend enough time at it but for the price you would expect an easy set up. Also, I have this cheap crappy pair that I bought in an airport, no issue with those.

Works a treat with meta quest 3
Easy to set up and works as it states with Oculus meta quest 3; when struggling to search the market for something that would be a good allrounder finally decided on these earbuds and not disappointed. If other manufactures went the extra mile with making earbuds more compatable they would maybe have a good product. For anything ne looking for a good product for meta quest 3 I would highly recommend.

Quest 3 users rejoice!
Superb quality for a Quest 3. Only drawback is the usb c throughport is charge only. If it was data it would be perfect. Very comfy, great bass and surprisingly usable for phone calls if you pair it to your phone.
