⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Game-Changer for Mobile Data – No Contracts, No Fuss, Just Massive Monthly Allowance
I bought this Three 500GB 5G SIM to use in a portable WiFi router at our martial arts academy and for travel across the UK — and I honestly wish I’d discovered it sooner. It’s preloaded with a huge 500GB of data every month until October 2025, which is phenomenal value, especially for anyone relying on mobile broadband for work or streaming. What I loved straight away:• Instant Activation: Pop the SIM in, wait a few minutes, and you’re online. No contracts, no registration hurdles, no top-ups to fiddle with. It just works.• Speed and Stability: I consistently get fast, reliable 5G and 4G coverage, especially in South Wales where we don’t always have the best signal. It’s been stable enough for Zoom meetings, streaming video, and multiple devices running at once via the router.• True Monthly Reset: Each month, like clockwork, the data resets. No hidden catches or rolling renewals — it’s exactly as advertised. What to keep in mind:• It’s a data-only SIM, so no calls or texts — which is perfect for routers and tablets, but worth knowing in advance.• If you’re using this in a phone, you’ll want to turn off automatic updates or background refresh if you’re a heavy app user — 500GB is a lot, but with 4K video or large downloads, it can disappear quicker than expected.Compared to pay-as-you-go options, this is dramatically better value. You’re essentially getting business-grade data at a fraction of the cost of regular rolling contracts, without the commitment. And unlike many data bundles, there’s no daily limit throttling — it’s full-speed access the whole time.Final verdict:If you work remotely, travel often, or just want a backup internet source that won’t let you down, this SIM is a no-brainer. It’s plug-in peace of mind until 2025 — and that’s rare these days.

Brilliant so far
I got this for our work when we are travelling in the UK.I have found the 3 network to be pretty reliable as compared to others when trying to connect in certain areas. It also is being used as a back up when we are home when the house broadband is being a bit slow( we have 2 work from home work stations both using internet). You have to walk around the house finding the areas that see the 5G signal best. This will depend on your area and it will be worth checking coverage for 3 in your area before comitting..We got a swan-neck phone holder so that we can suspend the mifi gadget in the best area for us indoors and it works pretty well and can get stupid fast download speeds when set up with 5 mhz wifi and matches the house broadband when set up as 2.4mhz (upload is better on the lower setting). You get 4g or 3g if it cant get the 5G signal for any reason. If you can afford the initial purchase price, it is very good value over the life of the sim, much much better than a monthly subscription standard sim.I had no setting up to do with it.This might be because I put it in a mobile hotspot type mifi and not in a phone but for me, it was put it in, turn it on and use it.You do need to keep tally of your useage yourself, you cant register it on 3 and see it that way.If your using a lappy with it, you can generally find a program that will do the tallying for you and some mifi gadgets will do it. Android phones can be set up to show the months data use and reset on a certain date so thats a way to do it if running through a phone.Very happy with this and hope they are still available when we need another.

Sim Is Faulty or Network Has Been Throttled
If you purchase one of these cards, and like mine, it gives a very low speed, i.e. 6Mbps at one house location and 11Mbps at a second property location, then you have no come-back, because the seller leaves no link to contact them directly on Amazon. I have carried out troubleshooting by cleaning the sim card and putting it into a different older working router device, and testing again at two property locations. It still gives poor performance in both devices at both property locations. Now, this means that either I have 2 faulty routers, or alternatively, the sim card or network is defective. What do you think? My other 3 sim (from 3 - not from Scancom) in my other old router device has also been tested in my newer router, and this works fine, so this rules out my routers being at fault.Result: either the sim card is faulty, or the network used by Scancom had been throttled. I would opt for the latter.Scancom - any chance of you resolving this matter please? Thank you.

Great value for Wifi routers and mobile devices - UK data only
If you are in a good 3 signal area this is great value for Wifi routers and mobile devices (data, NOT calls or texts). Been using in the car as a mobile data Wifi router.

Recommended overall
So far working well, I have this connected to a personal hotspot and it works wellYou simply put it into your device and away you go, you can not make calls unless you use kinternet call services as this is a data only SIM card, you can the. Just simply get it unlimited texts and calls from elsewhere for around five to six pounds and it will work out to 500gb data plus your unlimited calls anod texts for just approx £10..Easy to use and set up you don’t need any additional set up just the sim you can use it on a duel sim or you can use it for your hotspot.
