They don't leak.
I use these in a wearable oxygen sensor. One cell and one dummy cell. Before using these cells it took 2 alkaline cells per day. Some times the alkalines would leak.

Works well
I got these thinking they were regular rechargeable AA batteries, but they are not. They are solar batteries and will not charge in a regular battery charger.

Be aware that these are not the common 1.2V AA NiMH batteries
Luckily, a friend told me about the differences before I recharged these on my NiMH charger! I gifted these batteries to a friend who had used them, and she said they worked fine.

LiFePo4 batteries should give you a much longer useful life.
As mentioned, these are lithium-ion batteries, but they are LiFePo4 which means that they should have many more battery cycles than non-LiFePo4 batteries. It's important to understand that even though they are AA sized, you won't want to use these in typical devices that use a AA battery, as these batteries are 3.2 volts, and most similar rechargeable batteries are 1.3 volts. In other words, you could easily damage your device, or even destroy it, but using these batteries. So be careful with these. It states right on the battery that they arrive about 30%-60% charged and that seemed to be the case. I saw one comment seemingly critical that they arrived not fully charged, but again, they do state this upfront. Some similar batteries have a USB-C port so you can charge with a cable, but these don't, so you'll need a separate battery charger to charge these. Otherwise, they seem pretty good and the price is not unreasonable. 4 star rated.
