I have difficulty digesting the A1 milk protein, so I thought I would give this A2 ghee a try. Excellent choice. This is high quality ghee. Gives that authentic taste to your Indian recipes. I can tolerate this just fine. Works very well. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

big huge bottle of ghee! and it's all the way organic and more! made in a country that prioritizes the cow as sacred, this is derived from specific breeds that produce a special compound of only A2 beta-casein protein. the ghee is also introduced to sound frequency of 528hz to resonate with a healing vibration. there is no doubt in my mind this is the best ghee i've ever had the pleasuree of experiencing. it's made with such pure intentions, and we know the animals are treated with respect and decency. it's such a huge bottle for this price point, it's an amazing offering! would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more clarified solution to traditional butter. this not only goes a long way and has a higher smoke point, the flavor is incredibly rich and fulfilling. good for so so many things. i am truly grateful to have found this company!

Ghee adds a special bit of flavor to curries and other Indian dishes that you just can't get without it. It is deliciously nutty and creamy and somehow managed to taste like extra buttery butter. I take exception to the claim that it is lactose free, however. Ghee is low lactose, but it is not entirely lactose (or casein) free. This is delicious, and you get quite a bit, which is a good thing at this price.
