I've been a keurig user for 20 years or so. Each machine has lasted me 4-5 years or so, but they are inexpensive enough to replace. I developed a love of lattes just in the past 5 years or so (which I usually bought from either Starbucks or Dutch Bros), so when my last Keurig stopped working, I jumped on this machine. I've had it for 9 months now and I really love it. Yes, I realize that it's not for someone who likes the primo upscale experience of drinking a old-school latte. But that's never been me anyway. So this thing is perfection.Pros:I Can make a latte in a few minutes with very little effort on my part. Just pour in the milk, add the k-cup, turn it on and walk away. I even upped my game now to use homemade plant-base milk, and bought some flavored syrups. I've made lots of hot lattes and have more recently made some cold ones too. Hot or cold, I really like the taste of my creations, and they are also very inexpensive to make.Cons:It's often needlessly fussy. I put the k-cup in before turning it on... it refuses to work. I pour in milk and instruct it to whip it up cold or hot, and it just sits there impassively like it's mocking me (then suddenly springs to live minutes later). I also wish you could just tell it to do a double-shot without having to pretend to be putting in a new k-cup, starting it back up, and waiting. Grrr. In summary, the controls are fussy, inefficient and unintuitive, but you get used to them (eventually!) so I'm not even going to deduct a point.

Great coffee and cappuccino maker. Very simple and the final product is delicious. A cappuccino is just two basic steps and it takes minimal effort to clean. We were looking for a simple machine that wasn’t like a high end German car navigation system to operate and we couldn’t be happier with this beauty.

I definitely do not recommend buying this coffee maker. I bought it two years ago and it no longer works. It turns off every time I try to make coffee.

I don’t like the frother. I feel like that’s the main selling point a reason this one is so expensive. There’s also like no instructions for it. I guess they presume it’s primarily common sense. Anyways, the frother leaves like half of it milk and won’t run past that point. If making a cappuccino or something it completely waters down the flavor since the milk pours out first and cappuccinos run on the shot setting. I just can’t get that flavor and consistency right. Maybe I’m just used to the one attached to the espresso maker but I really don’t feel like this one works correctly. I’m am following the marked lines in the frother too so I know it’s not that. As far as the coffee part itself, yes, that works great. If you’re going to make a tea or something, make sure you rinse it. I use it for coffee but my boyfriend uses it for tea and if not rinsed his tea will have a coffee flavor. I’ve gotten in the habit of making my morning coffee then closing the lid and running a blank 6 oz to clear it out. It definitely leaves a lot of residue but that 6 oz rinse does seem to clear it.

This is a great all-in-one Keurig coffee maker. It is a little slower than my old simple maker, probably a 5 minute process from start to finish, but unlike my old Keurig, this one makes HOT coffee! The start-up process takes a little getting used to - only let's you set the type, strength, and volume after opening, loading, and closing the lid. If you want to add a shot or two after the initial delivery, you have to reopen and close the lid before setting for the shot. Small idiosyncrasy but I don't read instructions, I just make coffee! A pricy appliance and haven't used it for latte or cappuccino yet, but it does make a good cup of strong coffee - just wish they had a 16 Oz setting and the water container had more capacity, but overall good!
