I'm thoroughly impressed with my recent purchase of earbuds from boult. Not only do the earbuds deliver great sound quality and comfort, but the company's return policy and customer service are truly exceptional.it's my second purchase from boult and I'm loving their products and I also tested their customer service which was top notch.I'm impressed because I got an issue with my earbuds and I returned to their company and only in 7 working days I got a new one without any hassle or anything.it was so smoothly✨🫶🏻Kudos to boult!Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their hassle-free return policy and responsive customer service. If you're looking for reliable earbuds and excellent customer support, I highly recommend boult.

Mic is not worked all time. Sound quality is not up to the mark. Even the buds is inside the case its get connected to the phone. Most of the time during call other side didn't hear my voice. Just good ANC is there. Not value for money. Design looks good but features not work. And the price is very high, in this range you get other product with good condition. And lastly Boult's customer service is not available. For warranty claiming I have to send the product by DTDC what nonsense. For the first time I bought this and I am very disappointed. I have used boat. For warranty claiming they collect the product from customer's address. I think Boult also has to give this type customer service.

It easily lasts through a full day of use without needing frequent recharges.ANC (Active Noise Cancellation): The ANC feature works effectively, helping to block out background noise and providing an immersive listening experience.Cons:Limited Bluetooth Range: One of the major issues is the very short Bluetooth range. If your phone is inside a room and you're just outside the door, the connection becomes unstable and the sound quality deteriorates significantly.Inconsistent Sound Pitch: Occasionally, the audio volume fluctuates — it drops suddenly and then gets louder, which can be quite distracting.App Connectivity Issues: The Boult app needs improvement. At times, connecting the earbuds to the app is problematic and unreliable.Conclusion: The Boult Klarity 3 earbuds are a solid choice if you're looking for good sound quality, bass, and battery life at a reasonable price. However, the limited Bluetooth range and app-related issues can affect the overall experience. I have been using these buds for a couple of months now and my overall experience has been nothing less than amazing.I wanted a pair of buds for calling purpose as well as listening to music. I researched a lot and finally came down to this one and I have not been disappointed.Call Quality: The call quality is spotless. No drops or missed words from either side. Noise cancellation also works quite good in a normal noisy area and person on the other side can hear without any issues. 10/10Music: The sound quality while hearing any music is awesome. The bass and treble, highs and lows can be heard beautifully. You can control a lot from the boult amp app. There are 3 modes, ANC On, ANC Off and Transparent. Transparent is good if you need to be aware of the surroundings, but if you want to enjoy the music, go got ANC On. It works like a charm and you can immerse yourself in the sound. 10/10The only issue (nitpicking) I have is it's slightly tight to pull the buds from the case, not very economical.I have had a lot of buds over the years and these are undoubtedly The Best in 2K price range.

I was really looking forward to trying these earbuds, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The product arrived in an unsealed box, which raised concerns about quality control. I also found that the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature does not work as expected — I could still hear nearby conversations clearly, even after following all suggested troubleshooting steps.While the design is stylish and the fit is okay, the main feature (ANC) was the reason I bought these — and it just doesn’t deliver.I’ve reached out to customer support and requested a replacement. I hope Boult and Amazon take this feedback seriously and improve their quality checks.
