Works great and is exactly what I was looking for! We have 2 small dogs who shed like crazy and I have a 3 year old who loves helping mama clean. It is about the same sound volume as a regular vacuum but u have to get really close to set it off so no accidental scares! The suction hole is the same size as a regular vacuum tube so the things that normally get stuck with a regular vacuum tube applies to the suction hole on this product. I have wood flooring that has a stair down on to carpet and it's perfect for sweeping dust, dog hair, etc. on the hardwood flooring. The hose is perfect for the carpet right up against the stair where everything gets blown off the wood flooring. My 3 yr old loves running around the house and finding little pieces of garbage to 'feed' it. I'm thinking about getting googly eyes and letting him name it lol The filter seems to work great since we all have terribly sensitive allergies and I can see No dust particles kicked up when vacuuming. I do wish there was a hook or something to store the crevice attachment though then it would be perfect!*our house was pretty dirty when I started using it (depression due to loss of a loved one) so I've only used it like 4 times but I'm sure it would take much longer to fill up the dustbin in a more normal situation*

We have a Great Pyrenees/Aussie mix and the hair on our floor is the stuff of legends. I hate sweeping because when you go to clean off the broom the hair sticks to you and floats all around the place. (When the sun is shining into house you can see ever friggin hair and micro junk floating in the air! It’s everywhere!!! But if you have a broom (I would definitely recommend one of the micro fiber variety), just sweep that crap to the bottom of vacuum and it’ll make that doggie tumbleweed disappear! It’ll clean your broom off too. I love it and it looks like a cute little trashcan with a nice copper top.Get it!

We have an indoor German Shepherd and a Half long haired Dacshund, half Pomeranian. Both are heavy shedders. I had an Eye Vac prior to this and loved it. It went out. I saw this and liked that it had a hose on it where a I could vacuum around it. Decided to try it out. THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE EYE VAC. Way more powerful. Bigger canister for dirt, and looks better too. The hose on it, is the chef’s kiss. The canister is very easy to take out and put back in, unlike the eye vac. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I might have given this vacuum 4 stars, but the customer service boosts it to 5 stars. Our unit worked great for 3 days, then started working on its own regardless of where we were in the house. I contacted customer service and received a response the following morning. It provided several steps to try. I turned it off and turned it back on again (I'm an IT Crowd fan)i, I plugged it into another outlet, I moved it to another room, all to no avail. I contacted Customer Service again and they suggested trying it once more in its original location and offered to send a new unit if it still didn't work. However, when I plugged it back in again with the original configuration, lo and behold, it worked perfectly.The vacuum power is very good, the sensors negate the need for bending over and though I do consider it to be fairly noisy, I can handle the noise for six seconds. The built-in hose with crevice tool is very handy.We live in a wooded area and can't go in through any door without tracking in fir needles. It is so much easier on our backs to grab the broom we keep between our back door and garage door and banish the needles into the vacuum unit. My only suggestion is to make the cord longer. But if this continues to work as well, we'll probably buy a second one.I just wish the fridge, TV and computers came with five-year warantees!

This helps me keep the kitty litter from tracking all over the house. Very easy to use…don’t have to get the whole vacuum out…just a quick sweep and it’s sucked away.

Gavasto Pro touchless vacuum works great. I am 72 and this makes my back feel so much better. Instead of bending down I just sweep the dirt and dog hairs into the Gavasto pro. This also stops the dog hairs floating all over my room. Sorry I waited so long to get this devise. Also they make warranty easy to fill out
