My second Fitbit.Holds a long charge up to 4 days.I do not like the watchband. The excess band tucks under the band and takes getting use to. The previous bands on the older models were more comfortable.Pickleball needs to be added to the exercise app.

The second half ne sent was great. Got the first one and it didn’t work at all.

It was difficult to set up with my phone. I had to get help to set it all up. The strap is difficult to work with one hand also.

Great product

I have always had Fitbit watches from the Charge version then the Versa 2 and now the Versa 4. I love how the watchband clips on each end compared to the Versa 2 where you have to finagle the watchband in. I am still learning all the Versa 4 can do. There are somethings I like better with the Versa 2: selecting the exercise mode I want to do vs the Versa 4. Love the battery life on the Versa 4. I had to charge the Versa2 everyday but it is an older one - I bought from Amazon in 2019 so I would say I got my moneys worth out of the Versa2. Like I said, I am still learning all the benefits offered by the Versa 4 so once I am really familiar, I will update this review but so far, I am liking it.

Should have no stars! I've owned FitBit's for at least 10 years. I usually buy from Target, but bought Versa 4 from Amazon a week ago. I've had problems from the moment I took it out of the box. It wouldn't pair. I had to uninstall my app 5x and turn the watch on/off 5x before it would install. Wish I had just called it quits then. I've had a different problem or more EVERY SINGLE DAY! It wouldn't send notifications, even though they were on. It wouldn't let me change times for active hours, no matter how many times i put them in. I finally put in 2am, to get it to set at 6am. Same issue on same day for tracking sleep. Then it stopped tracking active hours completely. I contacted FitBit support which was a total waste of time. He could not figure out how to help at all. I watched about 30 videos on You Tube and figured out some of these. Today, my app says I walked 7k steps but my watch says 18k. IT'S WORTHLESS AND A WASTE OF 200.00. I'm done with FITBIT and Amazon! Neither can assist me or replace it or refund my money. It was clearly defective when it was sent to me. Guess it's time to switch to Apple watch!

Gifted this to hubby last Christmas and he loves it! He relies heavily on the alarm so he can wake up without disturbing me. We recently moved and he lost it somewhere between here and there. I hear about it almost daily lol so just bought another one for his Christmas! Just be sure to get a screen protector. He didn’t have one on the last watch and it was so scratched up. Definitely making sure we have one this time. Great gift! Definitely recommend!
