I really like this bidet. I've traveled to Japan and Korea for work in the past and most hotels have them. When I remodeled my bathroom years ago, I put an electrical outlet near the toilet for eventually getting a bidet. The price point on this one is good. I received on Monday 1/20/2025 and installed on 1/21/2025.What I like:1. Water filter - I am on well water and the water goes through a whole house filter and a water softener and the filter with the bidet is the third filter.2. Installation was relatively easy. The trick on getting the rubber plugs in the toilet holes is to use dishsoap to get the rubber plug to the bulging area. Then screw in the screws a little bit and press on the screws. They slipped right in. It took a bit of work to figure this out, so hope it helps the next person. Also a little trial and error on getting the Bidet on the plastic bracket and in the right position, but not that difficult.3. Pairing the remote was easy using the side knob. Just press the side knob for about 5 seconds and a beep with the toilet screen flashing, then press any button on the remote.4. Nightlight is nice. Not sure how much I will use it but looks cool in the dark.5. Remote has better graphics. Instead of hip wash, now reads rear wash. Instead of Wash Woman, now reads Feminine Wash. It comes with sticky 3M tape to just press to the wall, no drilling or need for screws. I will keep the instruction booklet by the toilet until I get used to it.6. Heated seat and hot air drying. Great feature and works great for me.I have not used the round knob on the side since the remote works. I guess first time the remote has dead batteries, I will use it.What is just OK.1. I have a small bathroom where this is installed and I have a round toilet to maximize floor space. That being said, the toilet seat opening is a little small but I'm OK with it as my previous plain toilet seat had a small opening too.Overall, I give it 5 stars since everything was functional and I had no problems. I hope it lasts!

After we heard all our of friends talking about how much they love their bidets we went ahead and ordered one. This is the one we saw the most highly rated reviews so went with it. Glad we did because it’s been a great addition to my bathroom. It took a little getting used to how to work the remote, chosing the different levels of Power, heat, etc. but we have it down pat now. My husband liked it so much now he wants one for his bath.

The seat stays toasty, the water’s warm, and the self-cleaning function makes me feel like I’m living in the future. It’s like a spa day for your butt.Installation was mildly rage-inducing (think: “Why is this slightly crooked?” followed by “Eh, I kind of like it now”), but once it settled in, I did too.Now, here’s where it loses a star: I bought one for my 3-year-old daughter, thinking I’d finally be free of the endless cycle of toddler butt-wiping. Sadly, it backfired. Literally. The bidet spray turned into a kiddie car wash—water everywhere. But hey, she’s tiny. I can’t totally blame the seat.Despite that, I absolutely recommend it. Especially for adults who see the bathroom as a place of peace, power, and perfectly warmed cheeks. The remote is a game-changer too—I feel like I’m launching a space shuttle every time I use it.

This is the best present I ever bought myself. I read a lot of reviews and watched several products before purchasing. They heated seat stays perfectly warm, waiting to greet me. The adjustable temps for water and air dryer are excellent! I was worried they wouldn't be hot enough, I like hot water. And they are perfect!A couple of cons that don't bother me but may bother other people. The toilet opening itself is made much smaller by the bulkiness of the seat. And the seat leans you down & forward a little bit, if you don't keep your legs closed you can get a little splash back on the seat. Definitely not made for a bigger person, but I'm a small woman and don't mind these things.Also I had to run an electric outlet closer to the toilet to avoid having an extension cord running to it because the cord it comes with is very short. But that wasn't an issue for me, it may be an issue for some.Overall I'm super happy with this!

Great addition to our master bath. My wife had abdominal surgery and had difficulty twisting, so I installed this to make things easier for her. Installation was quick and straightforward. Maybe 20 minutes. Works very well and she loves the heated seat. Only minor issue, is the feminine wash feature doesn't come out quite far enough, but her friends that other units, said that is a common issue. Very nice unit and looks great.

Installation was pretty straight forward for me. I have experience with various water projects. Only thing that slowed me down was just getting the mounting base set correctly for the seat to fit right on a round toilet. This is my first bidet so playing with all the functions was entertaining. I liked the warm water temps and the Auto feature. Heated seat is not a big deal to me, but wife loves not having a cold shock first thing in the morning. The Air Dryer gets very hot even on the lowest settings so be careful. Like a previous reviewer posted, if you have dangly bits between your legs, be careful when you sit. The seat opening is shifted forward about half an inch or so, so you can get a cold shock when they touch the cold porcelain. Build quality seems good so far, I will update if this changes. I love the remote with its easy to understand functions.
