Works great
Initially didn't work on my controller, thought that it was a bad product. Installed on one of my other controllers and it did work great.

You think it's ok because the controller looks to be working as expected, but it's not good.
please see the attached image, this was the same result on 2 separate controllers, with 2 separate hall effect sticks from the pack. Users may think that because the drift has gone, and the graphs initially show the joystick to moving as expected that everything is fine after you've calibrated, and these are the real deal. But if you do a circularity test like I did, you will notice the square shaped path the stick takes, with the crazy 20-21% error rate. Which is not what a hall effect sensor would look like.We've been scammed.

Perfect replacement to fix stick drift
Thumb sticks did need calibrated after installation which can be done before final assembly or as I did using an online tool.Once calibrated they work perfectly
