Product works. WIFI is amazing that it provides the salt level, run time, adjust the time to run, temperature was spot on accruate. Not sure why there are salty reviews on this. Competitor demoarlizer?

Initially it did not read the temp right. Now it says there is a short in the temperature control. The actual water temp is 101. This device says 153. It was processing the salt properly for a couple weeks. Now it doesn’t work at all. This is really a piece of junk. I know most reviews are positive but I think I may have received a lemon.Don’t expect any instructions with the device and don’t expect to find any on the internet. Though very simple to figure out once you download the app, I would have thought instructions explaining what the buttons on the unit do. Kind of a moot point because everything is controlled through the app, but still a little irritating. Also, don’t expect any support from the manufacturer. They are useless. You are on your own. If you buy this, be sure to install it immediately so you have time to return it if it does not function as expected.

Same as a lot of other reviews. The temp readings were only accurate for about a week and then started reading 32 degrees for a few days and now it says it’s an open circuit. It still seems to be keeping the water clear for now but the readings for the salinity also says it’s high even though it’s within range. Not sure how this will hold up so I may have to come back to change from a 2 to 1 star if it stops working entirely.

I’ve bought about three of these. They seem to last for about 12 months, but it keeps the water sparkling clean without any use of harsh chemicals or odors so well worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has a hot tub/Jacuzzi.

Product worked ok for 2 months then the temp sensor said it was an open circuit and the unit quit working. Always had issues with the salinity reading incorrectly. DO NOT waste your money on this! Buy a saltron. They fail too but will last a couple of years.

10/26/2023 Update - Unit was replaced by the seller, so far there has been zero issues running it for 5-8 hours a day depending on chlorine levels. Very happy with the quick response from the seller, updated to 4 stars and if unit continues to function as normal I'll update to 5 stars in a month as it works as expected and looks like we just drew the unlucky straw.Previous - Set it up for about an hour on each day, after two weeks I bumped up the time yesterday. Checked the unit today and it no longer powers on at all, sadly because we were delayed in the setup the return window closed on Sept 30th.

Worked fine for about 2.5 months and then stopped working. First said “high salinity” and no temperature reading and just today now it says “the temperature sensor is open circuit” and not functioning at all. I sent a message to support and let’s see what happens.I Had hopes of my recent order being the exception to these reviews. But as you can see it’s not a realia me product and best to look elsewhereUPDATE 3-10-25I contacted support through their website and got a response quickly. They shipped me a replacement and I’m back up and running. Updates the rating to 3 stars and will wait and see if this one continues to work and will report back.

This thing really works great! We converted our small spa to salt and this works great to keep chemicals at the right levels. Easy to use.
