Great product, great support from Pelsee.Out of the box my camera had a problem where I couldn't turn off the voice activation, an email to Pelsee support and a quick reply with directions for a firmware update. Everything was functioning as it should be.Good quality of picture and fairly easy installation by tucking the wires behind the edges of headlining and A pillar.When connecting to reverse light and selecting reverse gear, the camera view switches to parking mode with guide lines to aid your own judgement.Great front and rear recording all on one micro SD card.

Very good product, easy to install. Great video quality.

Overall an easy fit took me about 40 minutes to install the hardest part was routing the rear camera between the boot lid & the car frame (the gap when boot is open) and also wiring the reverse wire to the reversing light.The camera seems to work well but I haven't delved into the features much yet or driven the car I just tested it was all working plus linked the WiFi & GPS (I've fitted one before they are not difficult tbhOverall I'm happy although the camera is advertised with constant 24 hour recording/monitoring this is misleading because they want to charge you another £30 for the cable, nowhere in the listing did it say this was a separate purchase they advertised it as having this feature hence my three star rating (can be purchased for less than £7.50 from a Chinese website!)After few days use, rear camera image wobbles on the screen (not to a degree it's unusable) this is not because of the camera not being fixed securely my guess is because the cable is long it's receiving inteference before it gets to the main unit (not shielded correctly) ADAS and other safety features on this are pretty uselss they are too sensitive to use and sound alerts when they are not needed I have them turned off. I'm still happy to use this as I like the fact the rear camera gives a wider angle view and it serves as a dashcam recording automatically 3 minute vidoes giving me insurance peace of mind after a recent accident (other driver fault) the voice control works well too which is another reason I purchased this model changing screens is easy with voice commands

I am very pleased with this product. I still learning all the ins and outs to work it correctly.

Use every day, very simple to set up and crystal clear picture

The rearview mirror lacks the features shown in the sales video. It is not possible to adjust or customize the reverse lines, as all settings are locked. None of the three functions provide access to customization, rendering the product useless. The included mounting pads are ineffective and fall off immediately. Furthermore, there is no guide on how to use the pads, including which side should face where, and whether they should be used on metal or plastic.

Great bit of technology making reversing easier. Voice command is great and having front and rear camera facility at the same time is useful when exiting a busy space. Plenty of videos on YouTube to help you install it and how to use it to its full potential.

This is my second dashcamP12 Plus it has added auto setting for driver assistance etc to my previous P12 Pro good product all features are working and clear video vision at day and night .
