Colour run no more!
I was a little sceptical about this having seen read some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the results. I had a white towel that was the victim of a colour run. A white towel that had turned into a misplaced creamy yellow colour. I had attempted a rewatch without success. I followed the instructions by putting the sachet into a bucket of 6 litres of hot water and sealed the top. After 4 hours I could see the visible difference and for good measure left it overnight. I am pleased to say the colour fully restored and no longer the odd towel in the pack. Definitely would use again if an accident like this happens in the future.

HJA sellers awful customer service.
Seller refused to refund. The product did not perform as it stated but stained the white tees. It is a school sports Tees. I have to fork out and purchase new ones to replaced the ruined ones. The seller provided a poor customer service. Finally Amazon customer service refunded the money in full under their A-Z guarantee scheme. Their refund policy states within 30 days even when the product is used or not, full refund. I bought this item only a 4-5 days ago!. Seller asked me to send the item back. How can a customer send the item back, when he/she used it and found out the product did stain the clothes. That's the seller's response. Amazon valued the customer and under their A-Z guarantee scheme and refunded in full. Never buy from this seller any items.

Did the job mostly
Followed directions of use, put in bucket to soak, says leave at least 4 hours, however after five I checked and the colour had come out. Two white vests and a white T-shirt with black print on had gone back to normal white. Two pairs of pants had a weird tie dye effect and unfortunately my bleached jeans which were covered in pink splodges had gone almost completely white. In hindsight I should have realised the jeans would do that. I’m happy that all the white tops were restored. I’d use again. Only bad point is it smelt like hair remover, just rinsed the clothes well then popped in a separate wash. Definitely good for white cotton, don’t use on bleached jeans though and be wary of underwear.😆

Miracle restorer
This product is flipping amazing! I had ruined my son's favourite limited edition t-shirt when it ended up in the wash with a purple outfit and came out pink. I was upset, he was upset, I'm sure even the dogs were upset. I tried soaking it in a diluted solution of bleach and vinegar. It did nothing, then I tried soaking it twice in a dylon whitener and stain remover - that made no difference either. I was totally disheartened but thought I would try Dr Beckmann colour run remover. I had read some reviews where the remover had ruined clothes but I figured that this t-shirt was already ruined, the printed section on the front was a plastic based decal, maybe it would be ok. I used half the powder in the sachet and 3ltrs of hot water for the one t-shirt. I couldn't believe it: right before my eyes the pink started to fade away and the printed decal was unaffected. I left it to soak for 4 hrs and after it was washed it looked better than it had done before I "ruined" it, the decal colours were brighter and the shirt looked really clean. I Definitely recommend that you buy this. It's not particularly cheap but worth every penny. Do do a colour check on a little corner before you put the whole garment in to soak. I just wish I had thought to take a before photo.

OK for cotton
Worked OK on the cotton parts of my sloggis and bra, but the elastic parts are now a horrible salmon pink. Sorry, but I can't recommend this.

Def works, try it, you've nothing to lose
My husband being thoroughly helpful put a load of dark washing in along with a pair of designer trousers which, whilst black, had a white stripe down each side. By the time I realised and stopped the wash it was too late. Grey striped expensive designer trousers. So... I read up, tried another wash on their own, nope. Tried bicarb and white vinegar, followed by anoth wash, nope. Then I looked at this. Slightly terrified I ordered some. When it arrived I followed instructions to do a fabric test first, total sweats at this stage but they were already ruined so what the heck. The trousers were made of 3 types of fabric so I did spot tests on all 3 on the inside of the trouser. 4 hours later... Speechless. The white was white and the black still black. So next day I decided to go for it and followed the bucket method (longer soak) on the basis if I saw them going tie dyed I could pull them out and try dying them black. I put just 1 pair of trousers in and used full pack. Needn't have worried. 9 hours later, rinsed and put back in a low temp wash. Trousers are like new! With the brightest white stripe. So happy. Smell of powder is a bit like 80s perm solution so cover bucket with a lid or tray and you'll be fine. The trousers were made of polyester. I will def use this again following a small disaster. Best bit... Husband felt so bad he searched out and bought me 2 pairs of the same trousers in different colours...hes a keeper. So I now have 3 pairs of my fave trousers! Def, def worth a go and do bucket method.
