I used to wake up with a stiff neck often times, and suspected that my pillows were just insufficient in giving me the right support. I decided to try this ergonomically designed contour memory foam pillow, to see if it would do a better job at supporting my neck while I sleep. I didn't know how well I would take to it, but my experience with it from the first night has been incredible. It's fantastically designed, and the memory foam that is used is wonderfully soft, and accommodating. I have tried memory foam pillows in the past, and some of them I found a bit stiff, and difficult to get used to. This pillow did not suffer from any of those issues, and I was able to get comfortable with it immediately. I have slept with it for a week now, and can't ever see myself going back to a standard pillow. When I say I used to have neck pain, it was chronic, and often. With this pillow, I don't suffer that anymore, at all. I could tell the difference from the first night I used it. It really is very intelligently designed to prevent neck pain, and supports my neck and head in a proper anatomical position while sweeping. I absolutely love this pillow, and highly recommended it if you are someone like me who suffers from neck pain. Even if you don't have a stiff neck from your current pillow, I would be willing to bet that you would prefer this one. Fantastic!

For the price it's not a bad pillow. It doesn't cool much and it's smaller than I thought it would be but overall it's a good pillow.

I truly love this contour pillow, out of all that I have owned, this is my favorite. It's medium firm, so it conforms to my neck and head, I have slept so much better, and now I don't toss and turn, trying to adjust the pillow position. You can tell by the quality of the pillow the moment you take it out of the box. I like the high and low portion of the pillow, I am a side sleeper and stomach, both options work for different positions, and that's great!I was going to put my own pillow case on, but forget it! this pillow cover is so soft and silky cool, that was a big bonus for me. I am a hot sleeper too, so seeing and feeling how comfortable the pillow cover was against my skin, I knew this was the pillow for me.Pros: Supportive to head and neck, medium firm feel memory foam, larger than standard size. Cool to the touch pillow case cover that is removable and washable. Amazing value.Cons: Zero

This was my latest pillow purchase in my search for the perfect memory foam pillow.In a rating system from 1-10 for soft to firm,where a 10 equals a very firm, too hard pillow,and a 1 is an overly soft, going completely flat pillow,I rate this one at a 2.5 - 3.It might be the perfect pillow for someone looking for a more giving memory foam, but unfortunately, it just does not have the support I am looking for.

This pillow is so soft and comfortable! Perfect for side sleepers like me and supports my neck to get a good night’s sleep. The material seems sewn together well and retains its shape. I love this pillow and highly recommend it!

A few things about this pillow:Pros:1) Really very soft pillow case. "Silky feel"2) Appropriate firmness and height. I found no issue for both side-sleep and sleeping on my back3) Machine warm washable pillow case (cover?)- although the label says "hand wash." I am too lazy to hand wash anything and did throw it into the washing machine using the warm setting. No shrinkage or whatsoever. But I put it into a washing bag to protect it.Cons:1) I won't only use the pillow case that comes with the pillow (as mentioned in the listing that we could) without putting it inside my own regular pillow, as I think the pillow case that comes with this pillow should serves as a buffer to protect the memory foam rather than using it "as is" - even though there is a already mesh-like enclosure for the foam.3) Though feel really silky and smooth, the case is not really silk as claimed in the listing (just read the washing label on the case!)Overall, it is a comfortable and up to standard pillow after using it for about two weeks for now.

I love memory foam pillows, but my old one was starting to show its age. This pillow has been a great replacement and I was surprised by how much it actually cools (it has been 90+ degrees out and I have still been fairly comfortable). The foam is firm enough to avoid neck pain and maintains its shape, but not so hard that it is uncomfortable.
