disc sent with this has the wrong program to install it. @ differant computer shop are telling me the same thing.. IT is JUNK

This might have potential, but it does not come with any instructions.I would expect a web site, or some thing more than nothing.The Amazon pictures are the only thing that tell you anything.So far, I am still researching before I hook this up to my car.I look at this as an interface connection, however it seems like it has some sort of software built into it, I think.If you are downloading to a computer, do you need the software this may have?If this has software, what does it do by itself since it does not have a screen.
