We're automating our inventory data collection and that means a lot of high shelves that people are climbing around in to get everything checked. The bar codes are already on the inventory (well, most things, LOL, so that's part of what we're doing too!) and now the coders are just matching up the collected data with that the system -thinks- we have. Meanwhile I need sturdy units that can survive a fall onto concrete. I believe this will be such a unit. We also got cases for these to cushion the corners when it takes a tumble, so it just needs to take a good shock and some raps to the screen now and then. They seem very fast and being Android compliant should grow with us. I like all the features and how quickly it reads the codes. So far I'm pretty happy with this and planning to get more.
