To any customer, it's a wonderful product. I would say you can buy it without any doubt. Came in a safe pack. Good service by cloudtail. Contained all accessories. Most recommended.. Pictures quality is UHD as promised. Product is worth money paid. Night vision is also alright.

Hikvision is good but the services provided by service provider is very bad, do not buy this product online, you can buy it via offline, total 8 camera not working at a time, hard disk crashed 2 time in 2 year. Wire quality is also very bad.

Only the cable which they have sent is not upto the mark rest everything seems to be fine.

I can't say it is a bad product.. But the seller is too bad to deal with... Except hikvision set every thing is very bad.. Cable ,hdd...everything.. I purchased 2 sets of 8ch and 4ch dvr.. But the both hdd is not working from the starting.. I lost the faith of my customers.. Very bad.. Amazon should take action on these type of seller... Otherwise, Amazon will loss the faith of customers

Camera works fine and the mics also good sound.But the picture quality 5 MP camera is not very Good. Have to improve.

Value for money, wire roll provided is of top quality, the only issue is in sound recording, sound is recorded like generater running in background it may be due to mic quality, so far i bought four mic but non of them had clear sound
