Word as described. Transferring from a regular mouse took a couple of days. Years later no more wrist pains.Not a doctor just my experience.

Worked great initially. It fit my hand great. After a few months of light use, a few hours a week and it has stopped working. At first i thought that it wasn't charged but i charged it for 12 hours and still nothing. the laser will come on when in the on position. and will work for a minute or two. Also will not light up when switch is put on "lights"Really disappointing I liked it.UPDATE- A representative from the company reached out and offered a full refund even though it was out of the return window. I received the refund quickly and it was an easy process.

I had bought numerous mice in the past, but this one is probably the most comfortable mouse. It's ergonomic, and it has a pinky rest unlike the rest out there. Unfortunately, this mouse stopped working just under three months.I reached out to the Autley customer service and told them about all sorts of troubleshooting I had to do to keep it alive, so to speak. However, the mouse hit a flat line. Autley offered me two types of compensation: send the exact item as a replacement or opt for the battery version. I chose option 2.The differences between the original and the alternative (besides one being powered by the battery) are that the latter does not have the side light, and it only consists of three DPI levels (800, 1200, 1600).Finally, the replacement came, and so far it's working well. (It took a while to be delivered because it was coming from another country.) I am glad I contacted Autley and was able to get a newer version of their product. I hope that this one with the battery would last a while longer than the original one I bought. (Crosses fingers).

I used to get pain in my wrist from using the standard computer mouse. This thing made it all go away. I don't think that I can go back to not having a vertical mouse. Some with little stickers for grips for your two fingers and also your thumb on the side. Don't forget to pull them (stickers) out of the box before you throw it away. I almost did..

Stopped accepting a charge after 5 months. Since there is ni replaceable battery, this means it's trash now. Despite fitting well in the hand, I will not reorder.

My mouse stopped charging after 2 months of use, I believe my specific item was faulty. I was unable to receive a full refund or replacement. However, prior to this issue I would have called it the best mouse I've ever owned. It was extremely comfortable, fitting in my hand very well (I have pretty large hands and most mice are too small and as such hurt my wrist and hand a lot) and I had no issues with the click buttons or scroll wheel, whether it be stickiness or lack of sensitivity or being too noisy. I do also wish it came with Bluetooth capability, but the USB and adapter both work great. If my item wasn't faulty or the issue had been resolved better, I would have probably given it 5 stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an ergonomic mouse or anyone for whom most mice tend to be too small.

I ABSOLUTLEY loved my first Autley vertical mouse. Used it for 4 years without a problem. Fit my hand perfectly. After 4 years, the texture started to get "gummy" and it couldn't be cleaned.So I bought a new one. Did not last 4 months. Just stopped working. Wouldn't take a charge. Very disappointing.

As an Ergonomics Coordinator for the company I work for, I would highly recommend this mouse!Charges fairly quickly and lasts as long as advertised on a single charge.Get rid of that 90's style mouse for crying out loud!!!
