I received this product on 27th January and installed it on 29th January and on 7th February I got to know that the product is not compatible with any battery and is not loading electricity and is not working. Got it for 3639/- in cash back offer.. I replaced my old square wave inverter with this new hybrid pure sinewave and it's working smoothly.. No humming sound from ceiling fans. After 2 months of use age a slight whistle sound is coming from the inverter when it is in mains mode..

I gave 3 stars, 'cause I've received the product with one foot smashed. I don't know how ATS handles packages. This one seemed like, having gone through some rough handling. On placing the inverter on the ground, it crippled. I think Amazon should put more effort into sensitising ATS(assuming they've caused it).However, on the brighter side, I haven't filed a return 'cause I needed an Inverter asap, and I could fix the 'crippled-leg' with a wedge, as inverter is an "install and Forget" device that won't be moved quite often. Also, it's easy to install and works fine, so far. I hope It stays fair. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, although the cosmetic damage was a bummer too.

I've buyed this inverter and found it that the performance and the efficiency of the machine is quite impressive.No noise,fast switching over UPS.I've connected 2*12v batteries in parallel one of which is 65 ah and 2nd one is of 30ahI thought it might not work properly but as promised the inverter was working fine and yesterday it work for more than 6hrs on load of 400-500 watts. Rest the features takes it to another level consider it as cherry on top.

Got it without any damage...but not extra packing over the product...good performance... using this for 15 days last...it is not pure shinewave.. it's actually modified shine wave inverter...if you want pure shinewave then go for hybrid 1125 ...hb model provides pure shine wave only for two models(1125&1600 )
