Can this be used along with co2 supply? Will this be useful to kill algae?

This is not a algea killer, Is your tank newly setup? If its newly setup tank, you will get algea as the plants or unused nutrients in water will promote algea growth. If you have a planted tank, the plants will grow and use up the extra nutrition and soil will also lose nutrition and algea will stop atleast in my personal use, this product never prevented algea. If you have fish in your tank, you can try this, however best cure for algea is constant water change

No, it is for liquid carbon adding to planted aquarium for the purpose of photosynthesis. For startup you need to get API quick start, stress Zyme and stress coat

Don't buy. This is not CO2. Simple algaecide. Will kill all moss and anubias
