I use these for my office. I have 7 of them running. The noise isolation and background noise cancelation are superb. Range is amazing, and they are comfortable.

I've been using this everyday for 8-10 hours a day for the last month. Few highlights: It works with my desk phone via USB cable (YealinkT48SB) and my cell phone via Bluetooth at the same time. Huge benefit as I get high call volume on both. Background noise for the person on the other end is really reduced. They can hear me clearly even when it's noisy which is super important to me.Battery life is great, I've never run out. Works great out of the box!

I would not buy nor will i buy this brand again. the biggest most key point you must read is that you can get NO support with anything since you did not buy from one of their registered vendors. I cant stress this enough. if you truly work from home and wanted to get this for noise cancelling it DOESNT WORK. and if it does you will never be able to find out because there is absolutely no one to help you! please heed this warning! I am sending this back as fast as I unboxed it and installed itI am going to try the Epos 1061

So glad I chose this headset, great sound, fit, and features, now my daily use headset for meetings.

I had high hopes for this headset, but struggled to even answer a call on my Poly VVX350. I tried many settings and factory default settings, and it would not pick up a line or, often, even answer a call. I ended up returning for this reason.Also the computer interface takes over the computer audio, not just the soft phone audio, and doesn't seem controllable short of unplugging. I tried BIOS updates and all I could, without success.

So first of all. Something is going on with the reviews on this listing. Just about everyone of them seem to be of free product. Not this one.. I bought with my own money.First off my use case: I am tired of the instability of Bluetooth. I wanted to go DECT and once I found this one that could do both in case I need to fail back - I had to try it.Unbox and setup was simple. Plug in wall plug in base set headset on base. Charging begins. USB c to PC and headset was recognize and working without issue on a locked down corporate laptop. So far so good.Listening to some music to sample driver quality is ok. This is not meant to be a studio headset.Local microphone playback seems acceptable.Have several meeting tomorrow. Will update after a full day of use. I’ll probably buy another is all is well by the end of the week. We shall see.4 stars so far. (I doubt they will make it to 5 but hey it’s better than my 1 star expensive Jabra that couldn’t hold a Bluetooth connection）

For equipment such as this, the most important thing for me is that it just WORKS! And this headset delivers in spades. It sounds great, feels great, has great connectivity--I love using it. On another cheaper set, the mic boom had a mind of its own. This set stays put, and it even goes on mute automatically if you raise the boom to point upwards!I love it and couldn't recommend it more heartily.

These have worked great for work so far. I am pretty happy with how these things turned out for my work desk. I can take calls a bit easier and without having to hold my phone to my head while also getting a clear sound from it. I can also link it to my computer really quickly so I am able to get this to work with my computer as well whenever I need to take a zoom call or such. These headphones are not for everyone if you liking having them cover both ears. They are comfortable for long term use and are not as constricting on my ears and head. The functions on the headphones are somewhat easy to learn and use. It is all on the headphones and it does work pretty well. The sound quality for just one ear only is not bad. I am still able to hear the client on the other end. I can easily adjust to this to fit my head comfortable. There is a pad on the side without the earphones to keep it from rubbing against your head and to the band secures well without putting pressure on your head. You can adjust accordingly. In terms of sound, I do not get static and disconnected. The battery on these are not too bad and I can just drop them on the charging dock whenever I choose not to use them which is great. The headphones do not last for quite some time and you can use them while they are being charged. You do have volume control on the headphones themselves which is nice. These earphone press on your ears and do not cup the ear like other headphones. Because of the charging dock, it is not something that I can take on the go too often but I can take it away from the station as for several feet without losing any signal. You get the option of wireless connection and bluetooth which makes it easy to switch between the two. The microphone is pretty good and durable. The PU leather material does make me worried about future use as it may start to crack and break overtime with skin oils, heat, etc. I also like that you can answer calls with these on which is great. The headset is easy to adjust but be careful as these are meant to be light so it sacrifices a little but of durability. The charging dock stays on the desk pretty well without having to worry about it sliding side to side. Overall I think these are decent headphone that give you the best of both worlds. They are pretty comfortable and long lasting where you can use them all day at work without issue. It does do a good job in terms of sound and the microphone is not bad. The controls are pretty decent and easy to use. The charging dock also works great and easy to just put the headphones on and start charging. It also give you less cable tangle mess.
