Rubbish, it's stopped working after a few months use and not happy

I recently purchased this stand and cooling station for my PS5, and it has exceeded my expectations. Really impressed, looks great and keeps everything tidy. The fans work well and keeps everything cool with minimum noise. It also has built in chargers for your controllers and a place to hang headphones. Overall great product.

Before receiving this Ejgame PS5 stand I’d heard that it was intrusively loud, so that was the first thing I checked out. The television was on to provide background noise and with the stand about 4ft from me I couldn’t hear it. I decided it must be on its lowest setting so I tried to increase the speed. I still couldn’t hear anything. I turned the TV off and put my ear to the stand. The fan had been on its highest setting when I first turned it on. When I was trying to turn the sound up I was actually turning it down. I didn’t experience the noisy fan as reported by others. Having said that why is the fan manual control only? In one of the pictures Ejgames make a big thing of the efficiency of the cooling fan:“Built in cooling fan with touch panel on/off improving performance and protecting the console’s lifespan”.If they’re so concerned about how well their cooling works, why not automate it by making it thermostatically controlled? Take the risk out of the machine overheating, or the player forgetting to turn it off. Likewise the lights, okay they change colour depending on which level the fans operating on. Why not synchronise the lights with the sound coming from the speakers? That would then be much more immersive gaming.This is a well made and mainly well thought out stand. It’s also good value for money. As it is this is a good PS5 stand. With a few minor alterations it could be a brilliant stand.
