Don't eat dairy or beans without this!
I don't have the greatest digestion and things only got worse once my gall bladder was removed. This enzyme mixutre seems to really, really help especially when I want to eat things like dairy, certain fruits and oh yes - lets not forget the yummy beans. Green beans, wax beans, beans in mexican dishes...beans, beans, beans. No more gas or sitting ihn the bathroom forever several hours after a meal. This is probably my 4th or 5th bottle and I will continue to purchase this product.

If you have any digestive issues, this digestive aid will help improve your digestion as soon as you use it. Gases and frequent indigestion are eliminated. It improves bowel movements, too. I will buy again

Quality seems good but not for me. Causing me a headache and gut issues with regular use.
I started on this and noticed some changes in my gut activity to the good. But after continuing the use of it, it causes upset stomach and headache after taking it. Then I got a slight acne breakout across my chest. Definitely my gut fussing about it. I stopped for a few days, tried it again- headache and noisy gut again. So I had to stop using it.
