Tablet's are easy to swallow and don't leave and taste. Size is ok for swallowing and I find them very effective. The vitamins definitely help with my bad shoulder. Definitely value for your money ☺️

I was bracing myself for a capsule-swallowing ordeal. These things look like miniature space rocks! But to my surprise, they slipped down with remarkable ease. No choking hazards, no awkward maneuvers.As for the results? Well, I haven't turned into a human pretzel, but I've definitely noticed a difference in my joints. They feel a bit more… supple, I guess? Like old friends who are finally remembering how to dance.Verdict:A pleasant surprise! These capsules are easier to handle than I expected, and they seem to be doing the trick.

Have used these capsules before but changed to another but felt like changing back to Seven sea's. There was no problem with my current tablets but felt I needed more power with my daily intake which I feel Seven sea's can do.
