I can actually install TWO 25 AH LiFePo4 batteries in PARALLEL in this box, giving me 50AH in a very small footprint. I am buiulding a power project box that will have Anderson connectors, a 12 volt cig adapter and a 15amp BOOST converter for my vehicle to be able to provide a constant 14.4 volts to this power box to support my VHF/UHF and 10 M Radios.

the battery case is strong case with different ports and a meter to monitor the battery power.make sue you have the right size battery which will fit in the case properly.

I had a small issue with battery box and they sent me a new one immediately. There customer service is excellent. Look forward into using them again in the future

Well made for the task it is designed for. I deducted one star for two reasons. First is the rubber covers that cover up the various terminals and ports do not stay closed sometimes. I use this outside so having them stay closed is a must. Second it is stated it can take up to a 30 amp hour battery. But there was no battery group size suggestion from the manufacturer. It took several hours online to find a 30 amp hour battery that fits properly as it is not a popular size. If they had stated what group size battery fits this box I could have searched using that criteria. Would have helped a lot. If you buy one of these and want to use a 30 amp hour battery make sure you buy a battery that is not much taller than 6.25”. Otherwise it won’t close.

this box leaks horribly through all of the connections on the top. I don’t understand how you can call this waterproof. It’s not even water resistant.

Love the reliable Anderson Power Pole connectors on this box. The volt meter and the back row of connectors and volt meter are activated by the switch. The connectors in the front row are not switched. This allows charging and use without any switch resistance or drain from the power meter.A more accurate measure of the maximum battery dimensions is needed. Although the label on top states that the box can only accommodate batteries 11x5.5x6". This box easily handles my 12V 30AH battery that is 6.6" high.I wish they made this same box in a slightly larger size that could accommodate a 50AH or group 24 battery.

The Good:This box is much sturdier than others I've looked at. This is extremely important when you start drilling holes in it to add things like meters USB plugs etc etc. There are more than enough connections to hook up equipment. For my application the battery interfered with a couple of the connectors. This was easily overcome due to the fact that there was enough service loop left inside so I could move connectors around. You must put your battery in a box like this. If not you risk the possibility of shorting out the terminals on the battery. This would be very BAD.The not good:Anderson connectors may be rated 30A, the fuses are rated 30A, BUT the wiring is 14AWG which is only rated 15A. Easy fix, replace the fuse with a 10A one. As design engineer I cannot suggest you draw 30 amps from a 50 Ah battery. The battery just won't hold up the voltage. I'm using this for ham radio and a 10 amp supply is more than adequate. The termination to the meters and plugs are all push-ons if you wish to go to 30 amps then rewiring is very simple No soldering required.Overall I find this extremely acceptable. My battery fit, extremely important. The box is sturdy. And the functionality is good. I'm taking off one star because I had to change the fuse out.

Great quality well made nice and sturdy with good quality materials just the perfect size for any battery plugs it performs great and it looks good too just perfect to take in any boat or to keep in the garage for any emergencies. I think overall a good value for the money.
