Truly "plug-and-play"
If your ballasts are either "Program Start Electronic T8", "Magnetic T12 Rapid Start", "Magnetic T12 Choke Style", or "Instant Start T8", these LED bulbs are truly plug-and-play. You won't have to bypass your ballast as with most other LED/fluorescent replacement bulbs. These are slightly dimmer than my old bulbs. If you find that you need to re-wire, simply bypass your ballast.

2 out of 6 extremely dim
Ordered six bulbs altogether. Two were extremely dim. As it happens, they were the first two I tried. The remaining four worked great and are much brighter than the tubes they replaced. However, now I'm worried about how long they'll last. On the upside I did not have to rewire, including in some older fixtures. The downside is that I'm doing quality control for the manufacturer in China. If these die within a few months I'll update the review. So far I'll give them 3 stars.They were packaged OK, did not come damaged.

A good "plug and play" replacement for 4 foot T8 lamps.
Works exactly as advertised. Much brighter than the weak tubes it replaced. I expect that the light output will remain the same much longer than a standard fluorescent tube.

One tube was burned out upon arrival, but when they work they work great
One of the tubes came partially burned out. Now I have to go through the headache of returning them. Hopefully if I reorder they will both work next time... aaaaand they did. They’re super bright and a lovely tone of sunny yellow. Big time improvement over the old fluorescent tubes. Makes the kitchen much more friendly and bright

Pretty good light. Starts every time without delay. Also the light is pretty soft, bright but soft.

Works Great
The first time I ordered it got damaged during delivery. No problems getting a refund and tried ordering again. The 2nd time no problems and works great.
