So far a great starter kit. Fairly new to using lighting as I normally shoot with naturally light and typically outdoors so i still have user error as far as the light outcome in photos is concerned but it's an affordable setup and a great intro kit love how well everything puts away.

This is an awesome lighting kit! We've started doing our family photos in the comfort of our own home, but needed some equipment to get that photo studio look. I was able to set up this lights very quickly and they seem to be very high quality. They are small enough that they can be moved around easily, but big enough to be effective. The price was also very reasonable given the quality.

It works great! if you're looking for a cheap light kit that works, than you've come to the right place! BUT....two things: 1) it smells HORRIBLE and 2) it falls over easy. But you get what you pay for...I just didn't expect it to stink so badly! And I've had it up for over a week and it still smells! Whether on or off. ugh! But it works, so that's great :) Great...yet smelly.

All of the equipment arrived securely packaged and in good working order. I was pleasantly surprised at the operating range for the remote controlled lights AND the ease with which they transitioned from warm/cool and various degrees of brightness. The cord length was very workable but irrelevant, because I almost always use extension cords. I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep these for myself or give them to my wife... who is also a photographer.

Soft boxes are big and bright and work well. I like that you can use them with remotes or without. Perfect for anyone who wants to make beautiful pictures and videos

Do not buy!!!!!! This thing is NOT long lasting. I literally use it ONE TIME a week to make a youtube video, this is treated with deep care and always stored in the same case it came. I live in a pet free home and dont smoke. And right after their CONVENIENT 3 months warranty that they offer this thing fell apart, the part where you attach the bulb wroke so i had to screw it DIY. When i contacted them they said they could not help because it was out of warranty by two weeks. THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY SAY. SInce im on a budget i have not been able to replace this with something else, so for the last 5 months ive had to repair it 6 different times already, and the piece of cloth for the lights is already useless (is like desintegrating slowly, so using it or not use it at this point is the same.EVERY WEEK WHEN IM ABOUT TO MAKE MY VIDEO I REGRET BUYING THIS PIECE OF junk (to say the least). My friends laugh at me when i display such a disgraceful thing to work with.I honestly dont recomend this to anyone. Im stuck with it because i am on a very tight budget and i searched for weeks for the right set of lights to make the right choice and i was SCAMMED by this PHOTOSTUDIO people and have no choice to keep it until i have enough to buy a new one.You shouldnt do this to American people PHOTOSTUDIO! If i wanted a cheap looking and low bad quality item i would have bought it at Walmart (and even there i think i would have had a better option than this).The ONLY thing that works fine with this item is the remote. NOTHING ELSE DOES.
