After seeing a friend of mine had installed a carplay system in his car I went and got one myself.The system is super easy to use and to install, you can either have the wires loose or hide them all behind the radio console.After using it for a couple of days this has made my car journeys much easier as I no longer need to touch my phone while I drive as it's all on the screen, from sat nav (google maps or waze) , phone calls to sending& reading text msgs and having spotify linked on the screen.I was surprised with how crisp the screen image is with the brightness also adjustable.This device also has a speaker but I turned it off and I preferred it only for the sound the come out of the car speakers.Overall a nice gadget for your vehicle and certainly turns an older model car and bit more modern with this upgrade and in with the times.

First, I was thinking to change the whole stereo system in my old car until I saw this device. It was very easy to install, no wires hassle. Simple Type-C power cable needed and for audio output it connect with car’s bluetooth/ AUX cable or it also has its own speaker. The connection speed is also good, it takes about 20-30 secs to be ready after startup. Looks very good at the right spot on dashboard. I am happy with the brightness of the LCD, easily visible in a sunny weather.

My radio in my car went capput so I bought this and was pleasantly surprised.As well as a radio via Bluetooth it also has a Sat-nav and a cable for you to attach to your rear bumper with a camera for reversing.My hearing is not great and I find it slightly tinny for my liking, at least I have a radio.

Have purchased this absolutely essential car accessory to modernize most older cars. I don't normally leave feedback unless something really stands out. It offers four sound options – built-in speaker, AUX, FM, and Bluetooth – making it adaptable for any preference. The GPS navigation feature, which syncs seamlessly with my phone for real-time updates, is a lifesaver on road trips Much better than the ones that come pre-installed in most cars. Voice control support for Siri and Google Assistant adds hands-free convenience.The Mirrorlink functionality is a nice touch, allowing me to take breaks with video playback on its sharp 1024x600 HD capacitive touchscreen. Setup was straightforward, with included mounts (suction and double-sided) and a Type-C connection for the car cigarette lighter. Plus, the reverse camera adds extra safety when parking.Overall, it's a feature-rich and user-friendly addition to any vehicle. One final thing to note is, you get what you pay for. Some of these are much cheaper, but extremely laggy. This has none of that.

Device has no battery which means it stops as soon as the engine is turned off. It also randomly stops and restarts very frequently (>10 times on a recent 1 hour journey) which is frustrating if using for navigation.

The media could not be loaded. I was a bit cynical hearing about these devices that can add carplay/android auto to any car, but decided to give it a try anyways.Package arrived the next day thanks to prime. Within the box comes a wide variety of accessories including a usb c power cable that plugs into the 12v port in the car, that also has a usb adaptor so that you can plug in other devices if you only have the one port.There's an aux cable in case your car doesn't have Bluetooth. Two types of mounting options are available - either suction cup (videoed) or an adhesive option . There's is also the option to install a reverse camera but I have not managed to test this yet.In short, this device works extremely well. Once set up, it will automatically detect your phone when the car starts and will go into the appropriate display mode and resume any playlist you had on previously. The screen is nice and bright, and had no real issues using it on a bright sunny day. The touch display is responsive, and the available apps reflect what is available with android auto. If you have an older car and are looking to put some new life into it, I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great product for older cars if you don't want to remove the original setup plus it has many features which is extremely convenient overall great product at a reasonable price. Easy to install as well! Definitely recommend.

I bought this for husband’s car , tried home first and works brilliant, for the price the quality amazing. It is super easy to set up, it has own speaker and optional rear parking camera . He uses his Iphone with it .
