This may work differently on different bodies but I have used this this when I had some stomach disturbances like gas or indigestion and my stomach issues did get resolved after taking it. So it has work for me and it is pretty good for those times when my stomach is feeling a little weird. I wouldn't say it helps relieve pain but it does help relieve discomfort that can come from gas and indigestion. The pills are okay, not too difficult to swallow, a nice size. So overall , this is not too bad for me.

I have been taking that together with probiotic after having my stomach upset for several days. The combo did the trick. The capsules are easy to swallow.

Made in Vietnam, the instruction on VIFADIMED COLON says take 1-2 capsules after heavy meals to soothe bloating or indigestion, but I haven't noticed much help. The capsules are red and easy to swallow. After using VIFADIMED COLON for a couple of weeks, my bowel movement hasn't improved...I still get the occasional constipations. I'll finish the bottle and see if it makes a difference.
