UPDATE: Wow! Customer service reached out quickly and gave a very satisfactory resolution to our broken latch situation! I would still highly recommend this product as it's practicality outweighs the defective latch situation.ORIGINAL:Arrived with the bottom latch broken right out of the box, packaging was all intact so not sure why.I was in need of this for camping the next day so unable wait for an exchange BUT I will say the other material of this stove seems hardy and should last over time!We loved using this camping, it was easy to use, compact, was able to cook with a large skillet no problem, griddle was great to use and easy to clean.Hoping to get a resolution for the broken latch, will update if I get contacted. If the latch wasn't broken this easily would've been a 5 star rating.

This small cooker is awesome !!

Amazon really needs to step it up and put LARGE PRINT on orders that are non-refundable, have a filter for non- refundable items and have customers check a box to verify we as customers know something is non- refundable and remove the return button on orders that cannot be returned. Having been a customer for over twenty yrs, it's rare I return anything, with that said I am now stuck with this stove that is bulky, heavy for it's size, has no storage bag or wind barrier. In the case of this stove it's non returnable due to hazards which I find odd because it was SHIPPED TO ME with the same supposed hazards!

heavy duty, does what it says. packs tightly. piezo works until you do something dumb like me and NOT put the griller on top of the existing grate (burnt the piezo out, my fault)

This camping stove is everything for my solo camping trips. It’s compact and can hold a good amount of food on the griddle part for at least 3 people. Definitely recommend to have.

Only one burner works

Super easy to set up and break down. Consistent heat. A bit heavy but worth it for stability.

Loved the size and performance of this little beauty. But on its maiden cooking session, the left burner would not light -- at least not by using the igniter button which is frozen. Happy to accept ideas of fixing or replacing the faulty igniter. When lit, the stove is a HUG upgrade over my old Coleman stove. Might also consider offering an "add-on" wind shield! Thx!
