Loving it!
This product worked right out of the box with no problem. I use it while talking on long phone calls. It is so quiet that the other person can’t hear it. I don’t use it on a fast speed because there likely isn’t enough padding. I feel safe on it at 1.2 mph even without a handrail. It doesn’t cause any issues with my knees, feet, or hips and so it is likely to be used for years. I got the two year warranty to ease my mind. Next, I will try watching TV while walking and see what’s possible with my brain!

Must have
MY HONEST REVIEW:I spent almost a year going back and forth with myself about getting a walking pad because it’s expensive and I didn’t want it to be one of those things that I use for a month and then forget about it.I finally got it and it’s been such a blessing. I gained some weight and that was the main reason I decided to make the purchase.I’m happy to report that I’ve been losing the weight. My Apple Watch fitness trends are night and day, I get over 10k steps a day, and that alone gives me the motivation to stay consistent. Sometimes I won’t use it on a weekend and that’s okay.Something else I want to share is I’ve been struggling with lower back pain for the last year. As soon as I woke up in the morning my back was hurting. I changed my mattress thinking that was the problem and it didn’t help. I really was miserable.Well, the other day at the grocery store with my husband all of a sudden it hit me that I haven’t been having back pain anymore. I didn’t even realize it, which is crazy. The only thing that has changed is that I’ve been walking a lot more, so I’m convinced it was due to not being active enough!Besides losing weight and having no back pain, I genuinely love waking up and getting a work out in, even if it’s just walking. I feel so good and accomplished. The speed goes up to 3.8 which at first I thought that was kinda low, but it’s actually perfect. I walk at 3.0 and work my way up to 3.5, I walk at least 1 mile, but aim for 2 most mornings (3 total for the day) and I work up a huge sweat. As for the walking pad itself-PROS:*It has wheels in the front which makes moving it easy.* it’s not very big so it easily fits under the couch* It comes fully assembled* it’s sleek looking so you don’t have an eye sore in the middle of the living roomCONS:* the cable to plug it in is rather short, so an extension cord will be needed* the walking pad isn’t as long as it would be on a treadmill, so if you have longer legs you’ll probably take shorter stridesPersonally, so much goodness has coming from having this walking pad that the cons don’t affect me. I love the way I feel physically and mentally. I love that I don’t have to go out in the heat if I don’t want to. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Great price, sturdy machine
Priced right and functions as it should. It does require maintenance, lubricant, and realignment of track. But most all pads/treadmills do. Mine starting creaking/squeaking pretty bad recently at the nine month mark. I put the oil in as stated in instructions, made sure it was aligned, moved it so it was on a different surface, etc. It STILL was noisy. So after researching (Google AI) I watched an old YouTube on treadmill maintenance that said to lube all the pivot points and screws on the underside. Some WD40 and voila... Works like a charm.

Perfect to get in those miles
I just purchased this walking pad last week and have already used it 3x. I tried it out over the weekend playing video games while testing to make sure I could walk and multitask - easy as pie. This week I’ve walked 10 miles in 2 days just pulling it out in the 1-2hr slots where I have no meetings. I set the speed between 2.8-3 and just walk without thinking much of it. As a mom of 2 littles under 5 and working from home, I found myself spending less time on me and losing a part of myself that I loved when I used to go to the gym, or run races. While this walking pad only goes up to 3.8, you can get in a nice little jog but be aware the pad is very short and even one misstep where you find yourself a few inches back, you will catch the end of the pad. I jogged a bit at 3.8 but found that it was hard to get into the run since I could not increase my speed to 4-4.5. However, if you want it for walking, esp walking while at work to get in some steps and stay healthy - buy it! I did a lot of research on the many similar brands that are in the same price range and settled on this one. The top plastic case that displays your time, speed, calories, and distance did come broken/cracked on the right, where the plastic got pushed up behind one of the screws and was off level on the right. I was bummed but before I asked for a replacement I messed with it a bit, was able to pull the plastic out from behind the screw and the rest popped into place perfect. No loose plastic or anything else to worry about. The box probably got dropped in transit and since it was the top right corner, it was bound to get damaged. I would only ask they do more to protect that area since the cover is all plastic. As to size, it fits perfectly under my desk horizontally and I can still move my chair freely when not in use. As for the standing, I already have a larger desk I like since I have a few screens - so I purchased a fairly cheap standing desk ($50 or so) that I just roll out and put it over the walking pad, move my mouse and keyboard up, and tilt my screens to work. Nothing worth purchasing an entirely new desk over, always ways to improvise.

A great way to get steps in on very cold or very hot days, or if short on time
I am very happy with this product. It came very well packed. Worked right out of the box. Has a time, distance, speed and calories information on the display. Came with little bottles to oil the mechanism as time goes by. I am so glad I chose to purchase. If I had to make one change it would be to make the signal sound it makes when I flip the switch; it has a high pitch that is loud enough to wake the dead. The little light in the switch is sufficient to indicate their is power to the pad. Besides that I LOVE IT!Side note, I did opt for the insurance but never received any email or information on it. Something I will pursue separately as it has nothing to do with the product which serves my purpose 100%.
