These are more comfortable and seem like a higher quality than ones far more expensive straight from the doctors.Don't expect to be able to do too much with your thumb stabilized like this though. I use them at night when I'm asleep so that isn't as much of an issue for me.Nice design, easy to adjust, and not very bulky in my opinion.

I've developed de Quervain's Tenosynovitis from knitting. This brace is helping. Keeps my thumb and wrist stable in the correct position while sleeping. Easy to tighten or adjust the fit accordingly. The velcro is strong and the whole brace seems to be really good quality. The lining is soft. It doesn't make my hand/wrist sweaty. Would definitely recommend.

I've bought 3 of these braces but only because I want extra to keep 1 clean. Very comfortable, great quality velcro that holds it well. It keeps my wrist and thumb stabilizers so the pinching motion doesn't kill my wrists. Lightweight, good color, makes my hand a little sweaty in the summer but I'm very happy with purchase

I recently fractured my wrist. Was in the cast for a few weeks, then was put into a VERY uncomfortable brace supplied by my doctors office, itchy, thin, scratchy... I looked online for quite a bit, read a lot of these reviews and ordered this. Sooooooo much better, a soft pad, good support, and (for myself) I loved the color. I highly recommend upgrading to something like this vs the cheapo supplied one especially if you are going to be stuck in something for an extended period of time
