Helped a lot for breathing exercises

I obtained this device with the hope that it might strengthen my lungs. I swim once or twice a week and attempts at 25 metres underwater on a single breath, continually fail. However, age is probably against me, while a recent bout of Covid has set me back.Although I’m used to holding my breath through swimming, I do find the trainer and the restricted intake of air rather disconcerting. That said, it is a different sort of experience to simply holding one’s breath and I fancy that I need to reassess my approach to using the device and proceed more slowly and on an easier level. It is a relatively simple device but as others have observed the exercises can be difficult and it may be that I need a more regimented programme of daily use to become more accustomed and see good results.Price-wise, it seems rather expensive for what you get and there are certainly much cheaper versions on the market. Whether they are as good and effective, I couldn’t say.

I have tried this for a few weeks now, it well built and user friendly, easy to clan and you can take this with you anywhere.Good breathing exercises.

Got this for my little girl who is 8, she has a habit of getting stitch and failing to control her breathing when exercising. It comes with a little adjustable breather and 2 mouth pieces.The default mouth piece was suitable size for her and she really liked using it during exercise.I've gave it 4 stars as I found it quite difficult to clean

I took into account the cost of this but having used it for some time now I’m really pleased with its effect. It’s well made and durable and it arrived ahead of schedule

Really helped me control my breathing

I want to strengthen my lungs so I feel fitter and breathe more deeply. This is the device to help me do this. Yu ca choose different levels on the device, ranging from the easiest to gradually harder and harder. It is something you need to work at and have as a daily discipline in order to see improvement. Daily use i the key. The price seems fair and the quality is good.

This is preassembled straight out the box. Comes with an extra attachment. Easy to clean and is definitely sturdy. I briefly had the Bas Rutten device until my housemate's dog destroyed it.What I like about this one is that I don't have to fiddle with the discs Bas' device comes with. This one just has little adjusters on the side that you can set to the desired level. Would definitely recommend. I don't use this item as much as I should but it's definitely effective when I do get to use it during breathing exercises.
