This sofa bed is absolutely fabulous. It is very comfortable, firm cushions, material is hard-wearing. It was very easy to put together. There is a lot of storage area which is easy to get to, just by lifting the lids. The cushions are quite thick and can be moved around. They stay in place with velco. USB chargers and storage in arms us very useful. Cup holders are handy but dont hold our mugs. Delivery was very quick, the first 3 boxes came in 3 days and the 4th on day 5. It's so much better than we expected. Very easy to get comfortable and fall asleep! It's looks brilliant! Very highly recommended.

First the cons, these relate to the description that doesn't mention to my knowledge the fact it comes in 3 heavy boxes. Pay attention to this because delivery company doesn't have to carry these heavy boxes to your apartment. I had mine delivered to my front porch and instructions were correctly followed. Now for the sofa itself, this is a brilliant sofa for the price it cost. Comfortable, sturdy and not hard to assemble. Easier to be done by 2 people but a handy person can do it alone. Packing is clever, instructions easy to follow and overall is a comfy spacious sofa with good storage and 4 USB ports (2 on each side). Bed folds easily.

Quite easy to put together if you're savvy! Lovely looking and makes a great cinema sofa. As a previous customer stated best to get a bit extra stuffing as back cushions quite thin! Was missing four of the longer bolts required but got in touch with supplier who immediately gave us a £8.00 + VAT (total £9.60) refund to purchase bolts elsewhere. Got pack of 10 from Amazon for £4.60 so was fine! Otherwise lovely sofa!

This sofa bed was straight forward to put together .It comes in 3 large boxes.It is very comfortable and really easy to pull out into a bed.It fits my small front room and has a good sized storage box which fits a double duvet and 2 pillows.I'm really pleased with this purchase.

One star for exprexx delivery even if he is only acting postman. Weak instructions and faulty sofa. I am 75 and disabled therefore I brought 2 handyman to get is put together and make some improvements. instructions said 1/2 hour but we coulldnt for nearly 2 hours until we established that it was faulty and needed some more alterations. It couldnt be right side but could left side than there was level discrepancy because one side metal slots were missing and we had to put up to make sofalevel from both side. Urgent tel communication proved to be impossible as no telephone was possible because 14 year of my Amazok customer service kept on saying send e mail and will respond in 48 hours. I couldnt be sure if it was a person ot outomated A! talking parrotwise. Result cost me extra £150 for the 2 handyman and 3 hours of stresfull time as option of free return wasn't on offer and Amazon failed me for the first time in 14 years. i DO NOT RECCOMEND TRUSTING OR RELYINGTO THIS COMPANY. PS. sofa was supposed to be 499 but paid 539 because was supposed to be assisted in placing which was also non existent.

Really easy to put together very very well made very comfortable fits great in my room and so easy to change to bed very sturdy and there are 2 usb ports and 1C port for charging,the storage is amazing aswel,well worth the money very very good quality any issues and the seller is very responsive if i could give 10 stars i would

This sofabed fits perfectly with our guest room. Delivery was swift and no issues, came in 3 large heavy boxes so you'll need help especially if it's going up stairs. Instructions to build were straight forward and easy to follow. And the quality is excellent IMO for the price, very impressed at how comfortable it is as both a sofa and a bed. If you're on the fence, don't be, just get it asap as it's a steal!

Arrived in 3 large (and very heavy) boxes over 2 days, but marked as "delivered" after only 2 boxes received. Contacted seller, who tracked 3rd box and confirmed that last box due for delivery next day, which it was.All parts present and accounted for, and in new condition. Assembly instructions mostly clear, but had trouble with the metal brackets (2 big and concave, 2 smaller and conflex-- came interlocked and wasn't sure once I pried them apart what direction to screw them in or how to slot them together), however made it work through trial and error.All cushions (seat and back) were thin, which I expected from precious reviews. Had purchased a 5kg bag of stuffing (via Amazon) and used roughly half of this to plump all of them up, to good effect.Storage is excellent, cup holders very handy, and the colour is exactly what I expected based on the pictures.Happy with my purchase.
