We run it everytime no one is in the pool, love that it is solar powered it never runs out. It picks up tons of pine needles for us. It does get stuck on our top step if there isn't enough water covering it. But it's easy to clean. Easy to work and does a great job.

I have an infloor cleaner that I supplement with a robot to get the two dead zones in the pool. I have two skimmers, but they need help in the fall. This device is simple and effective to remove the wind-blown debris.

This is the best pool cleaner ever. It's wonderful to find a product that does what it claims. This is it! Nessie, as we've named her, works tirelessly, night and day to keep even the tiniest gnat out of the pool. She even gets everything from the steps. Through the years we've had just about every kind of pool cleaner and the Betta beats them all, hands down. We haven't had to skim even once since she arrived. Set up was easy. Unbox and turn it on, drop it in the pool is all that's required. Cleaning the basket is a breeze. Lift the easy to get open latch, lift out the basket and rinse off. This Betta is a dream and I still can't believe what a wonderful, thorough job it does...every day. Here in the south, we have so many flying and crawling bugs that love the pool. Not to mention the very long pine needles that are everywhere. Betta gets them all...all the time. Unless you just love to skim, this Betta is a must. 5 stars isn't enough to say how good this skimmer is. It's great!!!

This is soooo easy!!!I unboxed it, turned it on, and put it in the pool.Within a short period of time, No Leaves!!!I can't stay on top of the leaves manually. As I scooped them out, more would fall in. I could never catch up!This surface dweller (the pool vacuum is the bottom dweller) does a marvelous job!What took me so long to try this???Well worth the $300!

On one side it works and doing its job well, collect debris, quiet, etcOn other it cannot survive night, charge runs out, cannot properly get in sleep when charge out, so just drains battery completely and then it cannot start in the morning. Doing this creepy sounds. Cranking, like trying to start and unable. Have tk wait few hours for it to change and then restart w a switch. Highly inconvenient. It does not seen anyone actually tested this thing as a whole usability cycle.It could be a real killer product.Edit. Stopped working after 3 weeks. Runs for min or two (fully charged), then stops w loud clicking noises. Something w catching wheel, it’s for some reason running backwards.

This thing is awesome, runs 24/7, solar powered, never needs charged. Hardly ever need to break out my skimmer, saving me a ton of time.

En serio!!!!!…. Tengo un nogal justo arriba de mi alberca y este robot es una maravilla… hoja que cae hoja que levanta!!!… funciona día y noche y la alberca libre de hojas, insectos y basura!!!… recomendado ampliamente!!!!…. Me decían eso el desnatador lo hace!!!… nonono mientras el desnatador capta unas cuantas hojas el robot está lleno!!!… súper feliz!!!!!!

1. Me gustó que deja limpia la alberca, aunque tarda en hacerlo y hay que estarla guiando para que lo haga bien y mejore su eficiencia.2. Me gustó que sea un robot inteligente y se maneje de forma autónoma.3. Me gustó que se cargue con energía solar al mismo tiempo que trabaja y no necesita baterías o corriente eléctrica y espero que dure funcionando durante muchos años.4. No me gustó que se atasca en algún punto y ahí se queda dejando de recoger la basura de la superficie de la alberca.5. Tampoco me gustó que la parte frontal por donde recoge la basura no queda sumergida lo suficiente, y en ocasiones no recoge toda la basura cuando pasa por esa área y también le cuesta trabajo recoger la basura que está en las orillas de la alberca. Por lo anterior considero que la parte del frente debería de estar un par de centímetros más sumergida.
