works very well, strong EMS current, meaning it actually moves your facial muscles, which is what you need to tighten and lift you skin, sagging facial skin is occurs in part due to the weakening of muscles under the skin as we age which is why you want to actually exercise your facial muscles. If you don't feel your facial muscles twitching and moving, the product doesn't have EMS currents. so this product definitely has EMS current. Also, with this device I notice the EMS works best when you put some sort of wet moisturizing cream or lotion on the 2 medal prongs.. it works perfectly when you do it that way. Also make sure you let it charge for the 3 hours suggested. seems to work best when it's fully charged. I feel it's really great for the price. Before I purchased this product, I purchased another product on Amazon for $10 bucks more than this one and the product claimee to have EMS current, and it literally had no EMS current. it was basically a vibrator lol, guess I'll keep that one as a sex toy lol .. It is impossible to use this device on the face, which is what it was designed for.Even on the lowest setting, it feels like you are getting a very strong electric shock.

works best with mircocurrent gel, I tried it with and without. it is hard to slide across your skin, you can't feel anything and sublte skin improvements if you dont use the gel. when you use the gel, you can feel it more- it doesnt hurt but it does feel weird and causes twitching, shocked me after using it without the gel so definitely start at level 1 and work your way up. after using this for 4 months (not every day probably 3-4 days/week), I noticed under my eyes are not as dark, dark spots on my face have improved, and wrinkles slightly reduced. I pair this in with my normal routine where I already use 2-3 lotions/serum and face masks weekly. rated a 4 because I expected stronger results... it does work and I like it but it is subtle.the design is cute and it comes with a little bag to store it in. the charge last very long, I've barely had to charge it. it beeps every 5-10sec to remind you to pick it up off your face.. which seemed to annoy some people but it doesn't bother me and actually helps me with times and how fast or slow to go.

Not sure if it's because I have sensitive teeth or what but ouch. I'd have to be REALLY careful not to place over any nerves that go to my teeth but honestly wasn't worth it and I gave it away after only a few uses. Was really hoping to give it more of a chance...START LOW if you don't feel it make sure you are touching all metal pieces.I'm jealous of anyone who can use one of these. Be warned, not for sensitive af teeth
