In addition, all models are pre-programmed for the customer making the installation process less time consuming and seamless to the novice and even most experienced installer that alone made our decision easy and confident to trust and purchase their products happily. The level of customer technical support is above excellent, they follow up thoroughly and if any part needs replacement or upgraded they will expedite it quickly and worriless, we confidently recommend this company.This review is based on my own experience, for a DIY wooden dual door swing gate installing the product with no experience whatsoever and ended up falling in love with how user friendly is the product and the whole process. I ran into a few technical issues and instructions steps, I reached out to support via Amazon, they immediately responded with a resolution, additional step instructions and were able to resolve quickly which is really a positive experience and shows they care about not only their customers but the performance and quality of their products.We are very happy with the experience and trust, we foresee future purchases of their products on our fencing projects.Thing to consider when buying the gate kits for wood swing or slide-in gates:1. We recommend purchasing their gate lock, the actuators are not strong to keep gate doors aligned flushed when closed, you'll see some play with or without wind.2. The key to installing the correct closing and opening direction of a dual swing gate door is in the bracket angle; I'd say that is the only time consuming part experienced.3. Keep an eye out for price deals on their accessories such as gate locks ($99.99) or wireless accessories are they are a bit pricey.4. Going solar is a great alternative if you live in a sunny state, we loved that Ju jiang included the energy storage batteries in their solar kits, they keep gate functioning at all times rain or shine.5. We asked the company to provide more detailed videos or better instructions when installing or configuring speed gate actuators, or the purpose of having 4 buttons on the remotes which is nowhere in the instructions booklet, installing accessories, or additions to the control box board of their products and compatibility, those would be necessary. You Tube does not have but one video of the models sold in Amazon which is the C026 and it just covers how the installation looks already complete not the steps to install, and or any configurations.

Needless to say this system is absolute trash. I have never left a negative review before and I’m sad to say that I have to. We bought this system back in July of 2024. We spent over $600 for the system itself, the vehicle sensor, the wireless gate keypad, and two extra remote openers. Problems started in November of that year. Between the gate not working at all, to needing a secondary solar panel, to needing a new board, to one side not working, to now today again the whole thing not working. We have been back and forth with tech support of the company since then for the various problems. I will say that they have been responsive in trying to fix the problem but at this point we are done. One minute the system works and then next thing you know it acts up again. My husband and I are not technicians and I’m lucky that my husband understood what they were asking him to do each time as I couldn’t imagine folks that are not electrical savvy and whatnot trying to fix a problem with it. It’s not fair to buy a product and then constantly have to be a technician for it. I would not recommend this product whatsoever. I have asked the company to please make this right and refund my money so I can purchase a system that will work. We shall see what they do!

I purchased the gate opener and the 1st thing that I noticed was that the instructions are poor at the very best. They show parts not included with the kit and when you try and get help through Amazon, it's pointless.The gates just never seemed to work period sometimes the remote works, sometimes the remote does not work. Sometimes the gates will open and stop after 2 feet and then you have to play the game of resetting the gates and starting over. Most of the time one of the gates stays open after you close them. The only way to get the gate into the proper position is to manually push it while the motor is running and it's in the closing position. This has been a complete waste of money. They're unreturnable and I now have $400.00 in junk that I will have to purchase from a name brand product. I would highly recommend that you save yourself the aggravation of buying this product and buy something that has a proven track record. I should have done more homework and now I'm upset that this can be sold on Amazon and trick people

Product works well for our application. We do not have power at our gates so we had to use a solar system and this unit fits the bill! We are very pleased with it.
