strait forward
Easy to read, recipies are 'normal' foods that most people eat anywhere. Helped me understand HOW to get 120 grams of protien in, in a day. That's exactly what I was looking for.

Relies on too much protein powder for me
Processed food items like protein powder are not natural and do not make for a healthy diet. I looked thru this book and was disappointed at how many recipes use protein powder, and saw some with 40-50g of fat for one serving of one item on the plate! I was hoping for healthier recipes and lower fat grams, too. Returned it unused.

Not that great not worth it
It hardly has any pictures its black and white , an salads are typical salads you can put together without a salad book .so disappiinted

Exactly what I need!
This book is perfect! My goal is to lose 20 pounds by eating healthy foods. This book is telling me exactly how to do that with the right combo of planning, calorie deficit, and macros. The recipes are explained well and feature delicious flavor combos. I especially like the little "why We Love It' comments and tips with each recipe. And each recipe has a calorie/macro count. Very happy with the book!
