I charged my BlendJet for almost 2 hrs the first time last week and then used it once to blend for probably less than 1 minute and 30 seconds to clean after. The instructions say it will work for 15 blends but I tried to use it again today and it had no charge whatsoever because the circle was not completely blue and it would not blend. What is the problem with it. I am going to contact BlendJet but really don't like to have to go through the exercise and thought it would be fine as advertised. This is an updated review - My BlendJet is working perfectly now!! I'm not sure why it didn't a couple days ago but perhaps I missed a step or didn't understand the instructions as they were brief. Love myBlendJet!!!

Used to be good, then the recall…over a year ago and still no replacements. New one is not as powerful.Customer service is terrible.If the company is going to stiff its former customers, then they should get out of the game and call it quits. A big disappointment.They deserve a lower score.The company that sold this unit thru Amazon put their own sticker over the serial number of the manufacturer. Did they buy all the seconds or are these units on the recall list.Don’t purchase, not worth it at half the price.

This is a high quality machine. Since I wasn't picky about color, I got this black one for $25. I love it! I use it to mix my keto shake with Superfoods. It is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store.

Every morning we blend our supplements in water to drink. This makes it blend so much faster. My son drinks right from this container. I pour it into another container to drink. The only draw back is cleaning it. Sometimes the liquid gets under the seal and I have to take it all apart and clean it out. It’s worth it!

So, it's been awhile is my own fault for not remembering. The large blendjet is great. This smaller one though is complete garbage. It's soooo weak. Can't even blend frozen fruit or ice without jamming. Motor is just too weak unlike the big one. I've debated returning it but it was on clearance cheap and I might find something else I can use it for... but yeah there's a reason it's clearanced. Do not buy
