Seems to keep the fruit and veggies fresh for a longer period of time for sure.

They've added several days to the time it takes bananas to become overripe. Definitely worthwhile

I admit that I was extremely skeptical when I saw these on Amazon. The idea that you can put little packet in a plastic Apple and that would keep your fruit and vegetables from rotting too quickly in the refrigerator. However, I put one in a drawer with apples and usually within a week the apples are soft and going back. But... I put in one of these packets in the plastic Apple and the ethylene gas must have been absorbed in the little packet that you put into the plastic Apple because my apples were still crisp and tasty a week to two weeks later. I will be purchasing more of these ethylene gas absorbing packets so that I can do what the manufacturer recommends, replacing the packets every 3 months.

Just got these I was shocked to see how small they are. They literally can fit in the palm of my hand as I make a fist. I don't know how good they work but I'll write an update in about a month

Not to big. Take up hardly any room in fridge and do the job of absorbing odors. Fruits and veggies do last longer since using these. Highly recommend.
