Q: How long does the instant results last?

I stopped using it about a month ago so that I could get IPL treatment done. I felt I shouldn't use it in conjunction. I am just now seeing the "drop" from not using. I LOVE the NuFACE!

Q: The light attachment doesn’t seem to sit flush against the main device, there is a gap that closes when pressed to skin. is this normal?

It's intentional, so the lights only turn on when it's against your skin (as a safety feature for eye protection). Also it shuts off if you push too hard. You don't need to push hard for light therapy; just gently glide it.
