Missing 2 Bags
Imagine my nephews excitement when he opened this, which looks fantastic on the box. Only to be confused why there was two bags missing, which meant he had a pirate ship but no toys. I have tried since then to resolve the situation by trying to get the parts sent, as he is on the spectrum I knew that taking it away would cause him distress. However I had to in the end, and hunt down another one in a store somewhere. Very disappointing as he loves Playmobil pirates and this was on his wishlist.
